摘要： A transmission line includes a dielectric substrate having first and second principal surfaces. A first conductive layer is provided on the first principal surface. A protrusion is provided on the second principal surface and a second conductive layer is formed so as to cover the outer surface of the protrusion. A slot is formed in the first principal surface such that the slot extends through the first conductive layer and faces the protrusion. Accordingly, a high-frequency signal does not radiate from the second principal surface and locally transmits with low loss between the bottom surface of the protrusion and the slot.
