    • A folding collapsible stand for supporting a table saw includes a rectangular top frame and a plurality of folding collapsible legs respectively pivoted to the top frame and respectively formed of a top tube, a bottom tube, a connector, and a pivot. The connector is mounted in the bottom tube, having a top stop device and two bottom extension strips. The bottom extension strips each have a knob that is engaged into a locating hole in the bottom tube to hold the top tube and the bottom tube in straight when the respective folding collapsible leg is extended out. Pressing the knob of each bottom extension strip away from the locating hole of the bottom tube allows the bottom tube to be turned relative to the top tube to a collapsed position.

    • A mounting structure for connecting detachably a saw blade guard to a worktable of a bench saw includes a first connector at the worktable, a second connector at the saw blade guard, and a fastening member for fastening the second connector to the first connector. The first connector has a block member provided with a screw hole. The second connector has a connecting block provided with a through hole and a conical hole, and a cone fitted into the conical hole and having a through hole and a socket fitted onto the block member. The fastening member has a head stopped at one end of the connecting block, and a threaded shank inserted through the through hole of the connecting block and the through hole of the cone and threaded into the screw hole of the block member to lock the second connector to the first connector.

    • A power saw is provided with a mechanism for shielding the circular saw blade of the power saw. The shielding mechanism is composed of a first shield, a second and third shield rotatable relative to said first shield, a pivot, a master connection rod, and a slave connection rod. The master connection rod is fastened with the pivot and second shield while the slave connection rod is fastened with third shield and the master connection. The second shield and third shield can be extracted to shield the circular saw blade of the power saw at such time when the circular saw blade is moved away from the work piece. The second shield and third movable shield are retracted to expose the circular saw blade at such time when the circular saw blade is moved toward the work piece.

    • According to one exemplary embodiment, a method for adjusting geometry of a capacitor includes fabricating a first composite capacitor residing in a first standard cell with a first set of process parameters. The method further includes using a second standard cell having substantially same dimensions as the first standard cell. The method further includes using a capacitance value from the first composite capacitor to adjust a geometry of a second composite capacitor residing in the second standard cell, wherein the second composite capacitor is fabricated with a second set of process parameters. The geometry of the second composite capacitor can be adjusted to cause the second composite capacitor to have a capacitance value substantially equal to the capacitance value from the first composite capacitor.

A safety lever (4) is pivotally connected to an actuating element (2) which can be moved relative to a housing between a starting position and an actuating position. Said safety lever (4) is preloaded so as to be pressed into a locking position in which the safety lever (4) engages with a locking element (15) that cannot be moved relative to the housing, thus preventing the actuating element (2) from moving from the starting position into the actuating position. A releasing mechanism (3) is provided which presses the safety lever (4) into a releasing position when being actuated so as to release the actuating element (2).
