The apparatus includes a subcarrier separator for separating subcarrier bundles from a received signal, a detector for calculating squares of correlation values acquired by correlating one or more codewords with signal streams of the separated subcarrier bundles, and a CINR estimator for estimating a CINR using a maximum value and an average value of the correlation value squares calculated at the detector. With the accurate CINR estimated, the channel information delivery and the stable system operation can be achieved.
