摘要： Disclosed is a conductive ink composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of a conductive thin film using the same, and more specifically, a conductive ink composition is provided that includes composite metal nanoparticles including first metal nanoparticles and second metal nanoparticles, and a polymer matrix. The polymer matrix is a composition including a polymer and a solvent, the first metal nanoparticles and the second metal nanoparticles are different metals, and the content of the composite metal nanoparticles is about 20 to about 25 wt %, the content of the polymer is about 5 to about 10 wt %, and the content of the solvent is about 65 to about 75 wt %, based on the total weight of the composition.

摘要： A measurement method for a granular compaction pile 10 using a crosshole seismic test. The measurement method includes forming first to fifth measurement holes around the granular compaction pile, injecting grouting material into the first to fifth measurement holes and inserting casings into the first to fifth measurement holes, respectively, and installing an oscillator and a detector of a crosshole seismic tester in the first to fifth holes and detecting a velocity of a shearing wave, thereby measuring a diameter of the granular compaction pile according to a construction depth thereof. The shape and the diameter of the granular compaction pile are easily checked without causing damage to the granular compaction pile.

The method comprises (A) a functional element-designing step of designing functional elements required for a new function desired to impart to an existing protein scaffold; (B) a functional element-inserting step of simultaneously inserting at least two gene fragments corresponding to the designed functional elements into a protein scaffold gene; and (C) a mutant screening and improving step of screening a mutant having a new function from a library of mutants inserted with the mutant genes, and improving and optimizing the function of the screened mutant using a directed evolution technique. The method for preparing can be widely used for the development of therapeutic proteins and the creation of industrial enzymes in the fields of bioengineering and biotechnology.
