摘要： The invention relates to a device for spinning liquid out of a wiping body, which is mounted on a wiping head of a surface cleaning device, comprising a container, in which a wiping head mount is mounted rotatably, into which mount the wiping head can be inserted together with the wiping body and which can be driven rotationally about an axis of rotation by means of a drive device in order to remove moisture from the wiping body. In order to further develop the device in such a manner that its power consumption can be kept to a low level, it is proposed according to the invention that the device comprises a measuring element for determining a degree of drying or a spin drying time of the wiping body, there being associated with the measuring element an indicating unit for indicating when a specific degree of drying has been reached or a specific spin drying time has elapsed.

摘要： A drum washing machine, which has a clothes-drying unit with a plurality of heat pipes. The heat pipes recover, during a drying-mode operation of the drum washing machine, heat from high temperature humid air flowing from a water tub, and combine the recovered heat with low temperature dry air flowing from an area around a condensing nozzle, thus saving time and electricity during the drying-mode operation. In the clothes-drying unit, an air duct includes first and second duct parts, having a condensing nozzle installed in the first duct part, and a blower fan and a heater installed in the second duct part. A lower end of the heat pipe is arranged in a lower end of the first duct part, and an upper end of the heat pipe is arranged in an upper end of the first duct part. The heat pipe thus recovers the heat from the air, which flows in the lower end of the first duct part, and combines the recovered heat with the air, which flows in the upper end of the first duct part. The upper and lower ends of the heat pipe are each provided with a plurality of heat transfer fins which are spaced apart from each other at regular intervals, thus efficiently recovering and transferring the heat relative to the air flowing around the upper and lower ends of the heat pipe.

The inventive device includes an elongate main housing and a control housing adapted for attachment to a structure. A shaft extends between the top of the main housing and the lower end of the control housing. A hub is rotatably mounted on the shaft to permit rotation of the hub about longitudinal axis of the shaft. A motor is provided for rotating the hub about the longitudinal axis of the shaft. A plurality of elongate arms are radially extended outwards from the hub. The side wall of the main housing has a plurality of openings into the interior of the main housing to permit the passage of air. A heater and fan are provided in the interior of the housing for heating and blowing air.

A light but durable, air permeable garment bag is secured about the opening on one side of the planar base. An elastic grommet-like member circumscribes the opening on the other side of the planar base member and snugly receives a barrel of a hair dryer in an air tight relationship. A pair of adjustable straps are secured to the opposite side of the planar member and supports the planar base so that the garment bag hangs freely beneath planar member. A damp garment can be hung in the interior of the bag and the hair dryer unit turned on. Foldable flaps extend from the planar base member to enclose the garment bag folded tightly against the base member when the garment dryer is not in use.

摘要： A paper machine comprising a single tier drying section including at least two dryer groups is disclosed. In one group, the axes of rotation of at least two consecutive drying cylinders lie substantially in a plane, and the axes of rotation of the vacuum rolls are disposed below the plane of dryer cylinders. In the next group, the axes of rotation of at least two consecutive drying cylinders lie substantially in a further plane which is non-coplanar with the plane defined by the dryers of the first dryer group. The vacuum rolls of the second dryer group have their axes of rotation disposed above the further plane. The dryer transfer which transfers the web from one dryer group to the next one includes a joint run of the felts of the respective dryer sections and a vacuum roll at the downstream end of the joint run. The joint run receives the web between the felts when the web passes through the joint run. The vacuum roll is disposed at the downstream end of the joint run for positively maintaining the web in close conformity with the receiving felt when the felts diverge downstream from the joint run. The felts are free from restraining devices as they pass through the joint run. A method for drying a web employing the disclosed apparatus is also disclosed.
