摘要： The invention relates to various ways in which to integrate control valves into the structure of a heat exchanger. The present disclosure relates to a heat exchanger assembly that includes a heat exchanger and a valve integration unit. The heat exchanger includes a plurality of alternating first and second fluid passages in heat exchange relation, and at least one inlet manifold and one outlet manifold interconnected by one of the plurality of first or second fluid passages. The valve integration unit is fixedly attached to heat exchanger and includes a fluid passage in fluid communication with at least one of the inlet and outlet manifolds. A valve mechanism is mounted within the valve integration unit in fluid communication with the fluid passage, the valve mechanism controlling the flow of a heat exchange fluid through said fluid passage.

摘要： An indirect dry cooling system suitable for steam condensing applications in a power plant Rankine cycle in one embodiment includes an air cooled condenser having a plurality of interconnected modular cooling cells. Each cell comprises a blower and tube bundle assemblies each including inlet headers, outlet headers, and plurality of tubes extending between the headers. In one embodiment, the tube bundle assemblies may be shop fabricated as a unit to form an A-frame or V-frame cell construction The tubes may be finned. Steam circulating in a closed flow loop on the tube side from a steam turbine is cooled in each cell by ambient air blown through the tube bundles, thereby forming liquid condensate. The condensate is collected and returned to the Rankine cycle for reheating to form steam to drive the turbine.

摘要： An indirect dry cooling system suitable for steam condensing applications in a power plant Rankine cycle includes an air blast chiller having a plurality of interconnected modular cooler cells. Each cell includes a blower and tube bundle including inlet headers, outlet headers, and plurality of tubes extending between the headers. In one embodiment, the tube bundles form an A-frame cell construction being structurally self-supporting from a base. Each of the tubes may be finned. Cooling water circulating in a closed flow loop on the tube side between the air blast chiller and turbine steam condenser is cooled by ambient air blown through the tube bundles. The cooled water flows through a second tube bundle in the condenser which condenses steam. The heated cooling water returns through the air blast chiller to complete the cooling water cycle.

摘要： The invention provides a low temperature heat source thermoelectric conversion system using a blend refrigerant, comprising an evaporator. A sprinkler, a first heater and a second heater are successively arranged from the top down in the evaporator, a hot well containing a blend refrigerant is connected to the sprinkler through a pipeline with a booster transfer pump, a steam dryer is arranged at the upper part of the evaporator, the steam dryer is connected with an intake end of a turbine through a pipeline, the turbine is connected with a generator, and an exhaust end of the turbine is connected with a mixer through a pipeline, a reflux device is arranged at the lower part of the evaporator, the reflux device is connected with the mixer through a pipeline, and the mixer is connected with a condenser. The invention further provides a low temperature heat source thermoelectric conversion method using a blend refrigerant. The invention can precisely control the flow ratio of vaporized refrigerant to the refrigerant lean liquid in the reflux device, so that the the refrigerant lean liquid can completely absorb the vaporized refrigerant for liquidation, thus improving the cycle efficiency of the system, and improving the operating conditions of the turbine. The system has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and easy operation.

摘要： A steam conditioning system for discharging bypass steam into a condenser of a steam powered generating plant and other uses. The system includes a steam conditioning device comprising an inner evaporative core and an outer shell. The core may be formed of a tubular piping section disposed at least partially inside the outer shell forming an annular space therebetween. An inlet end of the core receives steam from a piping header fluidly connected to an upstream desuperheating pressure reducing station which injects liquid coolant into the steam stream. Steam discharges through the core outlet end into the outer shell, reverses direction, and flows into the condenser. In one embodiment, the steam conditioning device may be disposed inside the dome of the condenser except for the inlet end. The device intends to increase flow residence time to evaporate entrained carryover coolant droplets in the incoming steam before release to the condenser.

The flow rates of the fluids at the points of entry and/or exit to/from the device are measured; and the mass flow rate of at least one of the two fluids is changed such that the ideal change in total enthalpy rates of the two fluids through the device are brought closer to being equal.

摘要： An exhaust heat recovery device includes a multi-piece, chamber-shaped branching member with a draw-molded first chamber half having one inlet for introducing exhaust gas, and a draw-molded second chamber half having two outlets for discharging the exhaust gas. The draw-molded first and second chamber halves are integrally connected together to form a single chamber. A first flow channel extends from one of the two outlets of the branching member for circulating the exhaust gas. A heat exchanger is provided to the first flow channel for recovering potential heat of the exhaust gas. A second flow channel extends from the other one of the two outlets of the branching member for circulating the exhaust gas while bypassing the heat exchanger. A valve chamber houses a valve configured to open and close an outlet of the second flow channel.

摘要： A method of fabricating a vapor condenser is provided which includes a three-dimensional folded structure which defines, at least in part, a set of coolant-carrying channels and a set of vapor condensing channels, with the coolant-carrying channels being interleaved with and extending parallel to the vapor condensing channels. The folded structure includes a thermally conductive sheet with multiple folds in the sheet. One side of the sheet is a vapor condensing surface, and the opposite side of the sheet is a coolant-cooled surface, with at least a portion of the coolant-cooled surface defining the coolant-carrying channels, and being in contact with coolant within the coolant-carrying channels. The vapor condenser further includes, in one embodiment, a top plate, and first and second end manifolds which are coupled to opposite ends of the folded structure and in fluid communication with the coolant-carrying channels to facilitate flow of coolant through the coolant-carrying channels.
