The apparatus also includes a first inhibitor and a second inhibitor. The first inhibitor is operably associated with the second input conduit for inhibiting the first switching signal from being transmitted through the second input conduit. The second inhibitor is operably associated with the first input conduit for inhibiting the second switching signal from being transmitted through the first input conduit.
