The energy storage device includes a battery pack, a communication module to transmit power-on information or energy storage amount information to a power management device and to receive a charge command or discharge command from the power management device, a connector to receive AC power from the internal power network based on the charge command or to output AC power to the internal power network based on the discharge command, and a power converter to, when the charge command is received from the power management device, convert the AC power from the internal power network into DC power based on the charge command, or, when the discharge command is received from the power management device, convert DC power in the battery pack into AC power based on the discharge command.

摘要： Embodiments may include a method of curtailing an output level of an EG system. The method may include receiving, at a processor, a first dynamic control signal. The first dynamic control signal may include an instruction to adjust an output level of an EG system to a first output level. The method may also include maintaining the output level of the EG system at the first output level for a predetermined period. The method may further include determining, by the processor, whether a second dynamic control signal is received during the predetermined period. If a second dynamic control signal is not received during the predetermined period, the method may include ramping down the output level at a predetermined rate after the predetermined period until a predetermined failsafe output level is achieved. The predetermined failsafe output level may be maintained until a third dynamic control signal is received by the processor.

摘要： A power quality monitoring apparatus is developed for a railway power system. The apparatus is calculating the energy flow and the power consumption and recording the by using the voltage and current sensors at AC and DC power source in the various industrial fields. The voltage and current phases are detected for the AC power. The direction of current is detected to calculate the power consumption for the DC power. Then, the detected data is analyzed. It is possible to monitor the variation of the voltages and current values of the railway vehicle in real time. It is possible to display the variations of the vehicle loads, the AC power output, the voltage and current value fluctuations, the power consumption and power flows in a form of the graphic or text format. Thereby, it is possible to easily understand the overall status of the overhead line's environment.

The stops include recharging stations for recharging the vehicle. The method includes receiving from a next stop, an anticipated stop time at the next stop for the vehicle. The method includes determining a power output to be supplied to the vehicle by a recharging station at the next stop based on the current charge level. The power output comprises an amount of power to be supplied at the next stop, the amount of power for satisfying a minimum amount of charge to enable the vehicle to arrive at a subsequent stop after the next stop. The method includes transmitting, to the recharging station at the next stop, the power output.
