摘要： A fluid pump includes an inlet for introducing fluid into the fluid pump and an outlet for discharging fluid from the fluid pump. The fluid pump also includes a motor having a shaft with an upper end and lower end that rotates about an axis. The fluid pump also includes a motor frame having a top section, a base section, and a plurality of legs that axially separate the top section and the base section. The fluid pump also includes a lower bushing for radially supporting the lower end of the shaft. The top section defines an upper bushing therein for radially supporting the upper end of the shaft and the base section maintains a coaxial relationship between the lower bushing and the upper bushing.

摘要： An actuator noise reducer reduces the noise output of an HVAC actuator. The noise reducer has a spring arm with a sliding bearing surface which is pressed against a side of the rotating motor shaft. The spring arm introduces a generally radial force on the motor shaft, taking up bearing play and gently pressing the motor shaft into its bearing. A cylindrical hoop mount of the noise reducer mates with and encircles a cylindrical portion of the electrical motor adjacent the shaft for mounting the actuator noise reducer on the motor by axial sliding.

The main body includes a first bearing hole and a plurality of first connectors, and all distances between each of the first connectors and an axle of the first bearing hole are the same. The assembling body has a second bearing hole. The stator includes a passage and a plurality of second connectors, the second connectors are coupled to the first connectors respectively to have the stator assembled in the main body, and the passage and the first bearing hole are coaxial. The rotor is disposed inside the passage and two ends of the rotor are installed in the first bearing hole and the second bearing hole respectively. By having both the stator and the rotor positioned by the main body, a gap between the rotor and the stator can be maintained consistently.
