    • Provided is a door lock apparatus which is adopted in an electronic product to lock or release a door of the door lock apparatus. The door lock apparatus includes a rocker, a rocker supporting member, a door lock main body and a locking unit. The rocker rotates when the hook of the door enters or withdraws from the door lock apparatus, to be coupled with or separated away from the hook. A rocker hinge rod and a position fixing rode positioned in parallel to the rocker hinge rod are integrated into the rocker. The rocker supporting member is hinge-coupled with the rocker hinge rod to rotatably support the rocker, reciprocatingly moves in a direction in which the hook enters or withdraws when the rocker is rotated, and receives an elastic force from a first elastic member in the direction in which the hook enters. The door lock main body supports the reciprocating movement of the rocker supporting member, and includes position fixing holes to guide movement of the rocker while being coupled with the position fixing rod when the rocker rotates and to fix the rocker while the rocker is coupled with or separated from the hook. The locking unit locks the rocker while the rocker is coupled with the hook. Accordingly, the door lock apparatus has a simple, compact structure, which has fewer failures, ensures convenience in maintenance and repair and reduces the number of assembly steps.

    • An electromagnetic lock device includes a receptacle, a deadbolt slidably engaged in the receptacle and extendible out of the receptacle, for locking a door panel to a door frame, a shaft attached to one end of the deadbolt. A housing is attached to the receptacle, and includes a plunger core slidably received in a coil and actuatable by the coil and having a pin. An elbow includes an arm pivotally secured to the receptacle, an opening formed in an intermediate connecting portion to slidably receive the pin, and another arm having an oblong hole to slidably receive the shaft, and to allow the deadbolt to be forced in and out of the receptacle by the plunger core via the elbow. A spring member may bias the plunger core out of the housing, when the coil is not energized.

    • A safety closure for controlled access, that includes an inner and outer unit mounted on a door to drive a main bolt and a privacy bolt. The outer unit has an armored chassis with a primary tube of the actuating handle and carrying a secondary tube having a square axis that drives the main latch. A retractable tenon provides the connection between the primary and secondary tubes and a retractor treadle is in permanent contact with the retractable tenon and a rocker having elastic arms that drives the retractor treadle. A motorize actuator is activated by an electronic card reader. The motorized actuator or an emergency handle may actuate the rocker in opposite directions. The inner tube has first and second pushing tabs symmetrically arranged in mutual opposition whereby the pushing tabs act independently of each other in response to the direct or opposite turning of the inner actuating handle to actuate the privacy bolt. An emergency lock cylinder drives the emergency handle.

    • Locking devices for locking two components that move relative to one another such as a housing and a cover are disclosed. The locking devices have two catches disposed on one component and opposite to one another and symmetrically with respect to a stop disposed on the second component and arranged in a plane of symmetry between the opposing catches. The catches have hook ends facing the plane of symmetry and the two catches are connected to a common shaft at the ends of the catches facing away from the hook ends. The common shaft is disposed in the plane of symmetry and is movable within the plane of symmetry toward and away from the stop. The shaft is arranged on a spindle disposed in the plane of symmetry or parallel to the plane of symmetry and engaged with a motor-driven gear to effect movement of the shaft. The catches have longitudinally-extending guide elements whose longitudinal axis does not run parallel to the plane of symmetry. The guide elements engage stationary guide pins disposed parallel and symmetrically with respect to the plane of symmetry. This arrangement provides the guidance of the catches when the shaft is moved toward and away from the stop. When the shaft is at rest in a position nearest to the stop, the hook ends of the catches are opposed across the plane of symmetry. When the shaft is moved downwardly away from the stop, the hook ends of the catches move into the plane of symmetry, without lateral forces, to close around the stop from two opposing sides. This ensures equal stress on the closed lock from all sides, even under high stress and, particularly, high lateral stresses placed upon the locked-together components.
