摘要： A device that secures to a beverage can top includes a rim section that includes an inner edge that resides adjacent to the central panel of the can top. A central cover is secured to the can top at the inner edge of the rim section. The central cover extends over the top of a central panel of the can top and covers a tab and openable section of the can top. The central cover is removable from the rim section at a releasable boundary defined at the inner edge of the rim section. The underside of the central cover supports under-the-cover promotions that are not visible until removal of the central cover when the can is opened. When scannable codes are used, a computerized device can provide the GPS location of where the scan occurred to track GPS location of beverage can consumption by consumers and social media engagement.

The cap comprises a closing disc; a peripheral skirt sized to fit around the neck, the peripheral skirt. The cap also comprises a first annular sealing lip projecting downwardly from under the closing disc, near the opening of the neck, the first annular sealing lip being folded against the neck and toward the opening of the neck when the cap is attached onto the neck, thereby allowing neutralization of any backwash effect when the container is moved. The cap also comprise a second annular sealing lip external to the first annular sealing lip and positioned so as to be also folded against the neck, in a direction opposite to that of the first annular sealing lip when the cap is attached onto the neck.

摘要： A capping system in combination with a container having a mouth and a wall segment disposed proximate to the mouth is provided. The capping system includes a cap having a bottom for selectively covering the mouth, a jacket extending from the bottom, and a guarantee ring disposed at a distal edge of the jacket. At least one cam extends from an outer surface of the wall segment, is at least partially overlapped by the guarantee ring, and applies a force on the guarantee ring when the cap is rotated a predetermined distance relative to the container to at least partially sever the guarantee ring. The guarantee ring includes an overlapping region extending over the cam that provides clearance for the cam when the cap is initially installed on the container to prevent deformation of the guarantee ring during the installation.

The labelling arrangement further includes a sealing label adapted to be attached to a second part of the container by a second label portion and to surround the applied cap element by a first label portion. The labelling arrangement further includes at least one severing region so that, when the container applied with the labelling arrangement is opened, the labelling arrangement is severable in the severing region and at least a part of the cap element is removable together with the first part of the container from the second part of the container.
