    • A light sequence generation system is provided on human associated aquatic objects such as surfboards, boogie boards, and kayaks to deter shark attacks. Light sources such as light emitting diodes (LEDs) are configured to emit sequences of pulses in arrangements and/or patterns that are unnatural to sharks. Batteries and/or capacitors may be used along with solar panels to power the light sources. The batteries and/or capacitors can also power electromagnetic repellents or may be completely shield to prevent attractant effects. The unnatural light sequence generation system can be used in conjunction with other chemical and electromagnetic repellents.

    • A stand up paddle surfboard (SUPS) and associated paddle is provided. The SUPS may have up to two containers affixed generally towards the bow. A first container is designed to retain refuse and a second container is designed to retain game ball(s). The paddle includes a removable handle on a first side of a shaft and a paddle with a securable net and hook on the second side of the shaft. The securable net and hook may be employed to remove refuse found in the water and place such in the first container. The removable handle may be replaced with a game net permitting a host of ball toss games and the like to be played, using the second container to retain such balls. The SUPS and associated paddle may be modified for watersports as well as environmental cleanup activities.

    • A surf perch may be configured to receive a surfboard and permits a user to insert a surfboard therein, allowing him or her to sit/float in an anchored position in the water while he or she awaits a satisfactory wave. The perch may include an octagonal hole disposed vertically therethrough, which creates a mooring system and controls the angle of the anchor line relative to that of the surf perch. Additionally, the surf perch may also include a backrest assembly, with a backrest being capable to rotate upward. Also, the surf perch may be equipped with leg protection chaps surrounding the portion of the user's legs that hang into the water.

    • A leash mount for floating boards has a base and a cap. The base has a seat and a connecting assembly protruding from the seat. The connecting assembly is has a connecting tube and a leash tie hole. The connecting tube has at least one pair of mounting recesses. The pairs of mounting recesses are formed diametrically on the connecting tube. The cap is rotatably mounted detachably in the connecting tube and has multiple bosses. The bosses correspond to and are mounted in the mounting recesses to hold the leash mount securely. Therefore, a leash tie can be mounted on a surfboard through the leash tie hole of the leash mount easily and securely whilst being remolded quickly for cleaning or maintenance.

    • A hand tool used for removing wax from a surfboard incorporating associated accessories. The wax removal element of the present invention constitutes a substantially rectangular scraping panel that can be resiliently flexed along the elongated axis of the panel. One of the elongated edges of the panel is extended into a plurality of uniform gouging members that are adapted to penetrate the wax to prepare the wax mounted on the surfboard to be removed. The edge of the panel opposed to the scraping members is beveled to provide an edge that is adapted to remove the wax from the surfboard. Rotatably coupled to the bottom surface of the scraping panel are one or more accessories and hand tools used for maintenance of the surfboard and for the personal employment of the user.

    • A safety release device for a kite line has a first fastening member with an attachment point for a first line portion and a second fastening member with an attachment point for a second line portion.
