摘要： A breathable and elastic spacer fabric composite includes a layered fabric and an elastic layer bonded to the layered fabric. The layered fabric is a so-called spacer fabric. The elastic layer has a plurality of substantially uniformly distributed through holes. The elasticity and through holes of the elastic layer render the entire fabric composite elastic while maintaining the breathability of the layered fabric such that the fabric composite is applicable not only to common clothes, but also to products requiring high fabric elasticity, e.g., sporting and medical braces. A method for making the breathable and elastic spacer fabric composite is also provided. The method prevents the adhesive used to bond the elastic layer to the layered fabric from seeping into and clogging the tiny pores of the layered fabric and ensures a high bonding strength between the elastic layer and the layered fabric.

The binding fibers are thermoplastic and are used to bind the reinforcement fibers together. 摘要： Disclosed are building board manufacturing techniques that minimize the build-up of slurry on associated forming equipment and also produce panels with enhanced physical properties. The methods involve applying a dissolvable film laminate to one or more fiber mats at the outset of the forming process. In the undissolved state, the film acts as a containment envelope for the gypsum slurry and any free floating glass fibers. During subsequent curing, the film is dissolved by vaporized water. In its dissolved state, the film is liquefied and coats the fibers of the underlying mat. This results in a building board with improved physical properties.
