摘要： This invention relates to systems, methods, and disinfecting compositions for spraying onto surfaces to be sanitized or disinfected. Methods may include providing an aqueous hypohalite disinfecting composition, and providing a spraying system that may include a hand-held spray nozzle through which the composition is sprayed during use, and a pump and associated tubing for conveying the composition to the hand-held spray nozzle. The tubing may be specifically selected to exhibit at least a 65% recovery (no more than 35% loss) of hypohalite after 24 hours of contact between the composition and the tubing. The method may further include conveying the composition from the reservoir to the spray nozzle, and spraying the composition through the nozzle, e.g., onto the target surface. A related system may include similar components. A dilute hypohalite disinfecting composition may be provided for use with the system and/or method. The system may allow interchangeable use of a quaternary amine disinfecting composition.

摘要： A linear cleaning peristaltic metering pump includes a pump body, a hose fixing accessory and an anti-backflow accessory. The hose fixing accessory is configured for arranging a working hose. The anti-backflow accessory is configured for clamping and loosening the working hose. The pump body is configured for performing reciprocating motion to clamp or loosen the working hose, thereby realizing a pumping effect by metering pump. The anti-backflow accessory is in cooperation with the pump body. The pump body comprises a roller lifting assembly, a roller hose-pressing assembly, a pump body outer cover assembly and a power transmission part. The power transmission part is configured for driving the roller lifting assembly to perform lifting linear motion, thereby driving the roller hose-pressing assembly to move and to clamp or loosen the working hose.

摘要： A sprayer system having a trailer, which is pulled by a tractor or other tow body, and has a tank carrying liquid to be sprayed and a spray head. The trailer has a peristaltic pump mounted on a frame and driving pumping power from the wheels of the trailer so that the sprayer is self pumping when the trailer is pulled. The peristaltic pump provides a smooth flow by providing a multiplicity of pulses of liquid produced by the pump from the rotation of the trailer wheels by wrapping the compressible tube of each pump around an assembly of rollers which are rotated by drive wheels. The tube is wrapped at least 360° around the rollers and is held stationary by being connected to fixed outlet and inlets of each pump. The tube lies side by side on at least one of the rollers of each assembly and overlaps that roller.

摘要： In applications such as manufacture of shielded radio-frequency modules where costly metallic paint is sprayed to form a conductive layer, it is desirable to reduce the amount of paint being utilized, and to maintain an acceptable level of suspension of paint particles in solution. A closed recirculation system can be configured to provide such desirable features, and can include a reservoir for holding a volume of metallic paint, a spray apparatus for spraying metallic paint received from the reservoir, and a recirculator for recirculating the metallic paint that is not sprayed back to the reservoir. In some embodiments, the recirculator can include a compact peristaltic pump that allows use of shorter fluid paths in the closed recirculation system, as well as a desired level of agitation to quickly achieve the acceptable level of suspension and maintain the suspension for an extended period of time.

An adjustor (40), which is a variable force device for varying the amount of tension on the hose (28) closer or farther away from center of the rotor (42) by raising and lowering the mounting plate (32) relative to the cart (12), rotor (42) and rollers (44). In the pump (14), the distance over which the hose (28) is stretched is made or adjustable so that a variable rate of flow may be achieved.
