摘要： A white LED lamp including: a conductive portion; a light emitting diode chip mounted on the conductive portion, for emitting a primary light having a peak wavelength of 360 nm to 420 nm; a transparent resin layer including a first hardened transparent resin, for sealing the light emitting diode chip; and a phosphor layer covering the transparent resin layer, the phosphor layer being formed by dispersing a phosphor powder into a second hardened transparent resin, and the phosphor powder receiving the primary light and radiating a secondary light having a wavelength longer than that of the primary light. An energy of the primary light contained in the radiated secondary light is 0.4 mW/lm or less. In the white LED lamp, a backlight, and an illumination device using the white LED lamp an amount of UV light to be contained in the released light and an amount of heat to be generated from the lamp are decreased to be small.

摘要： A content management system includes a conversion a section, a display data storing section, a field section, an operation section and a management section. The conversion section converts content data into display data which is to be written into an electronic paper. The display data storing section stores the display data. The field storing section stores field data which includes identification information of a first user belonging to a field and identification information of the display data. The operation section accepts a request from a second user. One embodiment includes a buffer having entries for storing each pending command and associated information, including a number of retries of the command and a static pseudorandom timer expiration value. The timer expiration value of each entry is compared to a running counter according to a mask associated with the number of retries of the command corresponding to the entry. When the unmasked bits of the two values match, the command is retried. In one embodiment, the same portion of the buffer entry that is used to store the number of retries and the timer expiration value is alternately used to store a slave-generated tag that is received with an acknowledgment response.

摘要： An air bag wherein a peripheral wall portion on one side opposite to an opening for introducing an inflation gas is put on the side of a peripheral wall portion having the opening and flattened. The peripheral edges around the opening are folded together closer to the opening side at the first stage.
