    • A double retaining connector having a terminal retaining member (4) movably mounted in an intermediate portion of a connector housing (1) having terminal receiving chambers (17). Cam pins (5) are formed on opposite side surfaces of the terminal retaining member to drive the terminal retaining member between a stand-by position, in which terminal receiving portions in the terminal retaining member communicate respectively with the terminal receiving chambers, and a retaining position, in which terminal retaining portions (6) engage the terminals. A detection member (8) having cam bars (9) with slide surfaces (cam groove 10) for engagement with the associated cam pin, is removably attached to a rear end of the housing. A short-distance movement of the terminal retaining member (4) from the stand-by position into the retaining position is effected through a long-distance movement of the detection member (8) in a direction parallel to the axes of the terminals.

    • A connector housing has a body portion and a hood portion. An insertion detecting member for terminal lugs is movable from provisional locking position to full locking position inside the hood portion. A resilient, terminal-lug locking piece extends in each terminal accommodating cavity in the housing body portion to form a displacement permitting space on a side opposite a side where a terminal lug is inserted. The insertion detecting member has a main frame, insertion detectors corresponding to the displacement permitting spaces, and a pair of manipulating portions at opposite sides of the main frame. When in provisional locking position the manipulating portions are exposed at opposite sides of the housing body portion, and when in full locking position the insertion detectors move into the displacement permitting spaces. The insertion detecting member is easily movable from provisional locking position to full locking position inside the housing hood portion.

    • The present invention discloses an image forming apparatus comprising an image forming unit attachable to the body of the image forming apparatus and having at least a developing device which has a toner receiving opening, a toner supply member attachable to the body of the image forming apparatus and having a toner supply opening opposed to the toner receiving opening at a predetermined position when the unit is attached to the body of the image forming apparatus for supplying toner to the developing device through the toner supply opening, a covering member for selectively covering the toner supply opening, a fixing member for fixing the unit to the body of the image forming apparatus, and a moving member disposed in the body of the image forming apparatus for moving the covering member so that the toner receiving opening is open when the unit is fixed to the body of the image forming apparatus by the fixing member. The apparatus also includes aspirator means for collecting spilled toner to reduce the likelihood that toner spilled from the developing device will be scattered about.
