摘要： A method and system for electrochemically purifying an impure stream of hydrogen. Hydrogen is absorbed into a gas diffusion anode from the impure hydrogen stream and oxidized to form hydrogen ions and electrons which are released into an alkaline solution. An electrolytic cathode also positioned in the alkaline solution decomposes water to form hydrogen and hydroxyl ions which combine with the hydrogen ions to maintain equilibrium of the system.

摘要： A method for detachment of a mobile set within the equivalent route area moving between the communication systems comprising steps of: during the detachment process is implemented between a mobile set and a service node in one communication system, the service node generates one or more messages and transmits it to the service nodes in one or more communication system within the ERA. If the message is transmitted to the service node within the ERA of only one communication system, this service node transmits this message or the message generated according to this message to the service nodes within the ERA of the other communication system. With the method proposed in present invention, when a mobile is detached from two or more communication systems which share the same ERA, the service nodes in all communication systems within the ERA can still correctly manage the relevant information on this mobile set.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of identifying compounds useful in inhibiting protein kinase-like endoplasmic reticulum protein kinase (PERK). The method comprises providing a first model comprising PERK active domains, where the said active domains are selected from the group consisting of the peptide spanning from amino acid residue Asp144 to amino acid residue Ser191 of SEQ ID NO: 1 and a peptide comprising the amino acid residue at position 7 of SEQ ID NO: 1, providing one or more candidate compounds, evaluating contact between the candidate compounds and the first model to determine which of the one or more candidate compounds have an ability to bind to and/or fit in the first model, and identifying the compounds which, based on said evaluating, have the ability to bind to and/or fit in the first model as compounds potentially useful for inhibiting PERK. The present invention further relates to compounds that can be used for inhibition of PERK, for example human PERK, and methods related to treatment of PERK-mediated diseases.

摘要： A handover method for supporting terminal mobility is provided, wherein, before a target core network node updates bearer information, an access control determination procedure is added. According to the access control determination information provided by the target base station, if it is determined that the bearer supporting a SIPTO or LIPA service is permitted to perform the handover, the target core network node updates the bearer information. If it is determined that the bearer supporting the SIPTO or LIPA service is not allowed to perform the handover, the handover failure is notified as per the bearer not performing the handover, and the bearer information is not updated. Alternatively, during or after the handover to the target network, the bearer release or deactivation is performed for the bearer not performing the handover, so that the UE may re-initiate the bearer establishment process with respect to the bearer not performing the handover.

In one embodiment, an apparatus includes execution resources to execute a plurality of instructions and a monitor to detect a condition indicating a low level of progress. The monitor can disrupt processing of a program by transferring to a handler in response to detecting the condition indicating a low level of progress. In another embodiment, thread switch logic may be coupled to a plurality of event monitors which monitor events within the multithreading execution logic. The thread switch logic switches threads based at least partially on a programmable condition of one or more of the performance monitors.
