    • A download control program of a client terminal transmits a request to a download server, which stores Download Descriptors that include attribution information of contents, for a Download Descriptor, and receives the Download Descriptor from the download server. The download server, before transmitting the Download Descriptor to the client terminal, adds information indicating that there is a difference between a Download Descriptor contained in the request from the client terminal and the Download Descriptor stored in data memory of the download server if the download server detects the difference between them. The client terminal transmits a content download request to a contents server based on the received Download Descriptor.

    • A portable terminal MA downloads a content from a content server and stores the content in a HDD of the portable terminal after encrypting the content key with a terminal bind information which is inherent to the portable terminal. After that, when the portable terminal backs up the downloaded content to a personal computer, the portable terminal decrypts the content key with the terminal bind information and encrypts the content with a telephone number information. On the contrary, when the portable terminal restores the backed up content from the personal computer, the portable terminal decrypts the encrypted content key with telephone number bind information and encrypts the content with the terminal bind or new terminal information.

    • Disclosed is a sound source detection device 1 which compares information of sound collected by sound collectors 13, 14, 15, and 16 to detect a predetermined sound source. The sound source detection device 1 includes a target determination unit 22 which arranges sound collectors at the same distance from a noise source inside a mobile object to determine a detection-target region of a sound source, and a sound source detection unit 25 which detects the direction of the predetermined sound source using information of sound of the detection-target region determined by the target determination unit 22. Accordingly, the sound source detection unit 25 does not determine sound input to the sound collectors 13, 14, 15, and 16 at the same timing as a detection target, making it possible to eliminate the influence of a noise source other than a sound source inside the mobile object in advance.
