    • An overhead console assembly and headliner combination for a vehicle includes a headliner having an upper surface, a lower surface and an elongated channel formed therein. An overhead console mounting arrangement securable to the headliner including opposing first and second rails having a rail extension and a power connector arrangement in communication with a vehicle electrical system. One or more accessory modules are selectively positionable and removably attachable to the opposing first and second rails with an accessory module mounting arrangement. The accessory module including a module housing, a door pivotally mounted to the housing and a storage area defined within the housing configured to receive and store items. The accessory module includes at least one electrical connector disposed on an outer surface of the module housing which engages the power connector arrangement on one of the opposing first and second rails to supply power to the accessory module.

    • A vehicle visor assembly is mounted to a vehicle structure for pivotal, rotational, and sliding movement relative thereto and includes a single-piece visor blade and cartridge assembly. The single-piece visor blade includes a first mounting portion with a pair of grooves integrally formed along a top edge of the visor blade. The cartridge assembly includes a rod for attachment to the vehicle structure, a sleeve molded onto the rod, a detent supported on the sleeve, and a housing for mounting the rod and detent to the visor blade. The housing includes a second mounting portion with a pair of inwardly extending tongues that slidably engage the grooves on the first mount. An end cap is fastened to the visor blade to fix the housing to the blade. The visor can slide along the rod to a plurality of extended positions and the detent can hold the visor at any of various rotational positions relative to the vehicle structure.

    • A visor assembly configured for use in a passenger compartment of a vehicle includes a first wall defining an inner surface and an outer surface including a channel formed therein and a bezel provided on the inner surface of the first wall cooperating with the channel. A second wall cooperates with the first wall to form a visor housing and a cavity defined therein. One or more openings are formed through the second wall. An electronic control module is disposed in the visor housing and includes a printed circuit board including one or more switches positioned in operative communication with one or more buttons extending at least partially through the second wall in the visor housing. The module includes a transmitter for transmitting a wireless control signal to control one or more remote devices when the one or more buttons are actuated by a user.

    • An overhead console assembly, mountable in a vehicle, may have a console body having an exterior surface facing an occupant compartment when mounted in a vehicle and a drop down mirror assembly supported by the console body. The mirror assembly may have a support member having a door panel and a support panel having a support face with a mirror. The mirror assembly has a first position wherein the door panel is generally flush with the exterior surface of the console body with the support panel being generally above the exterior surface of the console body and a second position wherein the door panel, the support panel and mirror are generally below the exterior surface of the console body. The overhead console assembly may have a spring wire member supported between the console body and the mirror assembly for biasing the mirror assembly toward the second position.
