    • Disclosed herein is a high-frequency induction plasma reactor apparatus for producing nano-powder, which is configured to continuously manufacture nano-powder in large quantities using solid-phase powder as a starting raw material and to manufacture high-purity nano-powder by completely vaporizing the material powder. The high-frequency induction plasma reactor apparatus comprises an upper body and a cover. The upper body is provided with a reaction pipe receiving a reactor extending vertically inside thereof, a high-frequency coil surrounding the outer periphery of the reaction pipe and a ceramic inner wall provided inside the reaction pipe. The ceramic inner wall is formed with a plurality of gas passing bores and defines a gas movement passage with the inner side wall of the reaction pipe therebetween for allowing the inflow of argon gas from the outside into the reactor. The cover is mounted to the upper end of the reactor and adapted to seal the reactor. The cover is provided with a powder injection tube communicating with the reactor.

    • A door opening prevention device is provided for a refrigerator. Stoppers are provided on both sides of a stopper plate provided on a ceiling of a refrigerating chamber. First and second doors for selectively opening and closing the refrigerating chamber are provided with catching hooks, respectively. When the first door and the second door close the refrigerating chamber, by allowing the catching hooks to be caught by the stoppers, the first and second doors are prevented from being inadvertently opened. In addition, a leaf spring 61 is provided which provides the catching hooks with an elastic force that prevents the catching hooks from being inadvertently detached from the stoppers in a state in which the catching hooks are caught to the stoppers this structure prevents during the opening and closing operation of any one of the doors the other door from being opened.

    • The present invention is to provide a process for the preparation of carbon nanotubes or nanofibers, which comprises introducing in a gaseous phase a colloidal solution of metal nanoparticles optionally containing a surfactant together with an optional carbon source into a heated reactor, and carbon nanotubes or nanofibers thus prepared.According to the present invention, the shape and structure of carbon nanotubes or nanofibers can be easily controlled, the carbon nanotubes or nanofibers can be continuously produced in large scales, the apparatus and the process for the preparation of nanotubes or nanofibers are simplified, and carbon nanotubes or nanofibers having various shapes, structures and properties can be easily and cheaply prepared. Further, the process of the present invention is highly reproducible and favorable in industry.
