    • A game machine capable of causing a player to pay attention to a game title image. The game machine comprises a default game title image storing section (52), an optional game title image storing section (54), an operation input section (60), a selection section (62), and a display section (64). When no game operation input is made within a predetermined time after a predetermined timing, the selection section (62) selects a default game title image so that the default game title image is displayed by the display section (62). When any game operation input is made within a predetermined time, on the other hand, either a default or optional game title image is displayed by the display section (62) depending on whether the content of the game operation input satisfies a predetermined condition.

    • The binder resin for producing a toner includes the following three resins (A) to (C): resin (A) having a softening point of 120.degree. C. or more and 170.degree.     • A process for preparing a mixed color toner obtained by mixing two or more kinds of color toners of which each color is different, including the following steps (1) and (2): (1) determining zeta potential distributions of each of the color toners, and (2) mixing the color toners in combination so that an overlapping ratio of the zeta potential distributions is 70.0% or more; a mixed color toner obtainable by the process; a two-component developer containing the toner; and a method of forming fixed images using the toner. The mixed color toner obtainable by the present invention is used for, for example, developing a latent image formed in electrophotography, electrostatic recording method, electrostatic printing method, or the like.
