摘要： An image encoding apparatus for performing inter-frame encoding of moving image data is provided. The apparatus refers to a block within a frame other than a current frame to generate a first prediction image of a block to be encoded within the current frame, and performs prediction encoding using the first prediction image. The apparatus sets areas at set positions that differ from each other at least between mutually adjacent frames; and determines whether the block to be encoded within the current frame belongs to the area set with respect to the current frame. When the block to be encoded has been determined to belong to the area, the first prediction image is generated, with regard to the block to be encoded, upon referring to a frame that is decodable on its own and, in terms of time, is situated ahead of and closest to the frame to be encoded.

The objective can be achieved by producing an optically active amino acid using a novel optically active imidazolidinone derivative represented by a general formula (3) and the like. According to the method of the present invention, an optically active imidazolidinone derivative can be obtained by preferential crystallization from a mixture of isomers of the imidazolidinone derivative. Therefore, an optically active amino acid can be easily and stereoselectively produced without cumbersome procedures required for the conventional methods, such as resolution of diastereomers, synthesis from an optically active amino acid and resolution of isomers by silica gel column chromatography.

摘要： A shielded cable has a cable body providing an electromagnetic shielding portion around a conductive wire thereof, a connector fitted to one end of the cable body and having a casing including a conducting portion, and an electromagnetic shielding portion of the cable body conducted with the conducting portion of the casing in the connector. The shield conducting portion is provided on the conducting portion and includes first and second conducting members, which are located outside the electromagnetic shielding portion by being press-fitted into the casing for pressing the electromagnetic shielding portion in different directions, respectively. At least one of the first and second conducting members is made of a conductive material. The cable body is held by the first and second conducting members, so that the electromagnetic shielding portion is conducted with the conducting portion of the casing through the conducting member made of a conductive material.
