摘要： Provided are an electrode, an electrolysis cell, and an electrochemical analyzer that improve the long-term stability of analysis data. A working electrode, a counter electrode, and reference electrode are disposed in an electrolysis cell. The working electrode is obtained by forming a lead wire in a composite material having platinum or a platinum alloy as a base material, in which a metal oxide is dispersed, or in a laminated material obtained by laminating a valve metal and platinum such that the cross sectional crystal texture in the thickness direction of the platinum is formed in layers and the thickness of each layer of the platinum is 5 micrometers or less. The metal oxide is selected from among zirconium oxide, tantalum oxide, and niobium oxide, and the metal oxide content of the platinum or the platinum alloy is 0.005 to 1 wt % in terms of the zirconium, tantalum, or niobium metal.

Magnetic particles 3 within a pre-washing solution accommodated in a reaction container 127 are aggregated by a magnet 4 disposed near the outside of the reaction container 127. The reaction container 127 is repetitively rotated by a container-rotating gear driving motor 9, thereby to impart vibration to the aggregated magnetic particles 3. The vibration changes relative positions of the magnetic particles densely populated by magnetic fields, and thus the inhibitors and other substances included in the magnetic particle aggregate can be removed from the magnetic particles.

摘要： This invention provides a sample analyzing device and sample analyzing method designed to suppress nonuniform capture of magnetic particles (10) and detect a desired substance with higher accuracy. The sample analyzing device includes a flow channel (15) that conducts thereinto a sample which contains the magnetic particles (10), and magnetic field generating means (12) that generates magnetic fields for capturing the magnetic particles (10) in a magnetic particles capturing region of the flow channel (15); wherein the flow channel has at least one of structural characteristics that a cross-sectional area of the flow channel, at a downstream end of the magnetic particles capturing region, is larger than a cross-sectional area of the flow channel, at an upstream end of the magnetic particles capturing region, and that the magnetic fields generated by the magnetic field generating means (12) have a greater magnitude at a downstream side of the magnetic particles capturing region than at an upstream side thereof.
