    • The present invention discloses a method for balancing the data access to a non-volatile memory by sorting a block number of an unwritten memory block of a non-volatile memory with a queue structure. If the data in any memory block of the non-volatile memory is erased, the block number of the memory block in which the data is erased will be appended to the tail of the queue. If a data is written into the non-volatile memory, a block number of the memory block is obtained from the head of the queue and the desired data is written into the memory block with the corresponding block number, and in the meanwhile the block number is deleted from the queue.

    • A method of remotely managing a mobile communication device is provided. At least a short message having an application program is provided. Next, the application program is sent to the mobile communication device and the application program is run on the mobile communication device. The present invention utilizes the short message service to send the program code to the mobile communication device and runs the program on the mobile communication device. Hence, the present invention can achieve the objective of remotely managing the mobile communication device without additional hardware cost. In addition, by using the popular cross-platform program technology (e.g., J2ME), the remote management function can be achieved in different mobile communication device platforms without modifying the program code.

    • A rotary positioning structure is disclosed for a frame. The frame comprises a housing and a spindle hole disposed on the rear of the housing. The rotary positioning structure comprises elastic members and a rotary stand. Each of the elastic members comprises a tenon and the elastic members are arranged on a circular path surrounding the spindle hole. The rotary stand comprises a rotary shaft and a groove. When the rotary shaft is inserted into the spindle hole, the groove engages with the tenon so that the housing is supported in a first upright position by the rotary stand; also after said rotary shaft is inserted into said spindle hole and then the rotary stand is pivoted on the rotary shaft, the groove engages with another tenon of the elastic members so that the housing is supported in a second upright position by the rotary stand.

    • The invention discloses a touch-sensing device for an electrical apparatus. The touch-sensing device, according to the invention, includes a sensing panel, a detector, and a controller. The sensing panel includes an inner sensing region and an outer sensing region. The inner sensing region, disposed on the sensing panel, is substantially divided into a plurality of equivalent inner sensing sub-regions. The outer sensing region, disposed on the sensing panel, is at the outer edge of the inner sensing region. The outer sensing region is substantially divided into a plurality of equivalent outer sensing sub-regions. The detector is electrically connected to the inner sensing region and the outer sensing region. When an object contacts a region of the inner sensing sub-regions or the outer sensing sub-regions, the detector generates a corresponding detected signal. The controller is used to receive the detected signal.
