    • A semiconductor structure includes a semiconductor substrate, a semiconductor active region, a semiconductor contact layer, at least one metal migration semiconductor barrier layer, and a metal contact. The metal migration semiconductor barrier layer may be embedded within the semiconductor contact layer. Furthermore, the metal migration semiconductor barrier layer may be located underneath or above and in intimate contact with the semiconductor contact layer. The metal migration semiconductor barrier layer and the semiconductor contact layer form a contact structure that prevents metals from migrating from the metal contact into the semiconductor active layer during long-term exposure to high temperatures. By providing a robust contact structure that may be used in semiconductor structures, for example in solar cells that power spacecraft or terrestrial solar cells used under concentrated sunlight, the high temperature reliability of the semiconductor structure will be improved and the operation time will be prolonged.

    • Systems and methods for dynamically integrating disparate computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems are disclosed. The systems and methods provide bi-directional interoperability between disparate CAD systems and maintain stateful ongoing interactions between interconnected CAD systems. Information objects in one CAD system are associated and bound to related objects in other CAD systems through a centralized information hub that transforms data items intelligently to facilitate communication and interaction between the CAD systems connected to the hub. The described systems and methods maintain complete and current perspectives of all relevant information for each CAD system connected to the information hub, thereby eliminating the need for point-to-point intelligence maintained by the CAD systems about the other interconnected CAD systems. As information updates are passed from CAD systems to the information hub and back out to other CAD systems, the information hub transforms and evaluates the information updates ensuring that only necessary information updates are forwarded.

    • A remote electrical power control switch assembly for controlling power to a controlled device includes an electrical switch having a lever actuator. The switch is changed between an off state and an on state by movement of the lever between a first position and a second position, respectively. A key or lever operated cam lock includes a cam which operatively couples the cam lock to the switch lever. The cam lock is manually rotatable about a central axis between a first position wherein power is not provided to the controlled device and a second position wherein power is provided to the controlled device. The switch assembly preferably includes a piggyback plug adapted to be inserted into an electrical outlet and adapted to receive a second plug operatively coupled to the controlled device. The remote switch assembly may comprise a first and second mounting brackets.
