    • The invention disclosed herein relates to an improved vacuum cleaner comprising a foot, a handle pivotally mounted to the foot, and a vacuum motor mounted to one of the handle and the foot. The foot has a suction inlet fluidly connected to the vacuum motor and an agitator brush rotatably mounted to the foot. The improvement relates to a wheel assembly comprising a housing, an axle mounted to the housing and at least one wheel rotatably mounted to the axle. The housing has an integrally-molded flange extending therefrom. The wheel assembly rollably supports the vacuum cleaner on a floor surface. A channel is formed in the foot and is adapted to pivotably mount the housing flange for movement between a first and a second position. In the first position, the wheel assembly supports the suction inlet at a first distance relative to the floor surface. In the second position, the wheel assembly supports the suction inlet at a second distance therefrom.

    • A system and method for navigating coronary vasculature involves use of a guide catheter system which includes a guide catheter, a navigator catheter longitudinally displaceable within the guide catheter, and a deflection arrangement provided at a distal end of the navigator catheter. The guide catheter is advanced to at least a patient's coronary sinus ostium, and the navigator catheter is extended from the guide catheter to a location proximate or within an angled vein distal to the coronary sinus ostium. Using the deflection arrangement, a guide wire passing through the navigation catheter is directed into the angled vein. A lead having an open lumen is advanced over the guide wire to direct the lead to an implant site within the angled vein.

A given one of the substrate functional blocks is associated with a given one of the circuit functional blocks. The substrate is designed by selecting substrate functional blocks associated with the desired ones of the circuit functional blocks.

    • The present tool and methods embody a percutaneous transluminal ablation (PTA) catheter manipulation tool for holding and positioning a PTA catheter, comprising a handle portion and a PTA catheter support structure. The PTA catheter is securely held in the PTA catheter support structure and the user holds the handle portion to position the PTA catheter against the treatment site. In one embodiment, the tool is made from a rigid material. In another embodiment, the PTA catheter support structure and/or the handle portion are made from a malleable material to facilitate forming to a desired shape. After treating one site, the tool may then be bent to a new desired configuration to treat the same or additional sites. In another embodiment, the PTA catheter manipulation tool incorporates, either internally or externally, a fluid delivery system that provides fluid to cool the PTA catheter support structure and/or the treatment site. In another embodiment, the support structure is pivotally mounted such that when pressed against the treatment site, the support structure will automatically position itself flush with the surface being treated.
