    • A vehicle window regulator mechanism for lowering and raising two glass sections of a vehicle window comprises a pair of first and second regulator arms on which are supported a vent glass and a main glass, respectively, a sector gear pivotally mounted on a vehicle base plate member and operatively connected to the two arms, and a plurality of cam slots and cam followers operatively connecting the two arms with the sector gear and the vehicle base plate. The two glasses may be sequentially or simultaneously lowered and raised due to different arrangements between the cam slots and the cam followers upon rotational movement of the sector gear.

    • A position detection unit includes a rotational member rotatable by a rotational drive force of an output shaft, an operation lever configured to avoid engaging with the rotational member when an open/close position of a window glass is situated out of an insensitive area, and engage with the rotational member when the open/close position of the window glass is situated within the insensitive area, the operation lever being rotated by the rotational drive force of the output shaft transmitted via the rotational member when the operation lever engages with the rotational member, and an insensitive area detection switch for performing a switching operation based on a rotational operation of the operation lever. It is detected whether or not an open/close position of the window glass is situated within the insensitive area based on the rotational operation of the operation lever, and accordingly detection accuracy is enhanced.

    • The present invention provides a vehicle step device, capable of enhancing operability of a step having an elevating function to enhance ingress/egress ease into and from the vehicle. The step device includes an opening/closing mechanism that operates in synchronization with opening and closing operations of a slide door, and a step moving mechanism that transmits power of the opening and closing operations of the slide door through the opening/closing mechanism to a movable step, thereby moving the movable step. The step moving mechanism includes a slide lever for moving the movable rails forward and backward, X arms each having first and second arms and provided between each movable rail and the movable step, and a vertically moving lever that moves the first end of the first arm with respect to the movable rails to vertically move the movable step.
