摘要： An LED lighting device at least comprises a base made of metal materials; a substrate which is disposed on a surface of the base and has one electrode and at least one LED chip; and an insulation sheet which is disposed between the base and the substrate. The insulation sheet and the substrate satisfy the correlations L2+2×T≧L1+2×Cr, W2+2×T≧W1+2×Cr and Cr≧1.6 mm. By controlling the dimension of the insulation sheet, a creepage distance between the electrode and the base can be increased, so as to solve the safety problem of lighting devices without increasing manufacturing costs.

The method may further include performing a power delivery network analysis of the electronic circuit design, the PDN analysis including a Method of Moments (MoM) calculation. The method may also include displaying a three dimensional image depicting one or more results of the PDN analysis. Numerous other features are also within the scope of the present disclosure.

摘要： A fuel cell component is provided, including a substrate disposed adjacent at least one radiation-cured flow field layer. The flow field layer is one of disposed between the substrate and a diffusion medium layer, and disposed on the diffusion medium layer opposite the substrate. The flow field layer has at least one of a plurality of reactant flow channels and a plurality of coolant channels for the fuel cell. The fuel cell component may be assembled as part of a repeating unit for a fuel cell stack. A method for fabricating the fuel cell component and the associated repeating unit for the fuel cell is also provided.

The composite is formed by compounding ion exchange resin with fluorine-containing polymer porous membrane, wherein the nitrile groups in the ion exchange resin react with the nitrile groups grafted on the fluorine-contained polymer porous membrane to form triazine ring crosslinked structure. The composite has excellent mechanical property and gas impermeability, high ion exchange capacity and high electroconductivity.
