摘要： Methods of manufacturing a semiconductor device include forming a stopping layer pattern in a first region of a substrate. A first mold structure is formed in a second region of the substrate that is adjacent the first region. The first mold structure includes first sacrificial patterns and first interlayer patterns stacked alternately. A second mold structure is formed on the first mold structure and the stopping layer pattern. The second mold structure includes second sacrificial patterns and second interlayer patterns stacked alternately. The second mold structure partially covers the stopping layer pattern. A channel pattern is formed and passes through the first mold structure and the second mold structure.

摘要： An organic electro luminescence device is presented in which ink forming an organic electro luminescent layer is prevented from overflowing edges of a pixel region. The organic electro luminescent device includes first and second substrates and sub-pixels in the first and second substrates. An array element includes a thin film transistor formed on the first substrate in each sub-pixel. A first electrode is formed at an inner surface of the second substrate. A buffer is formed at an outer region to partition each sub-pixel formed on the first electrode. A first electrode separator is formed on the buffer and a second electrode separator is formed in a region including a stepped portion of the buffer. An organic electro luminescent layer is formed within a region partitioned by the second electrode separator. A second electrode is formed on the second substrate where the organic electro luminescent layer is formed.

摘要： An intercooler system includes an air duct configured to be supplied with outside air, an evaporator, and a heater core of an air-conditioning system being disposed within the air duct. An intercooler is supplied with the outside air from the air duct and configured to cool intake air passing therethrough using the outside air. A valve unit regulates flow of the outside air such that the outside air passes at least one of the evaporator and the heater core and is then supplied to the intercooler. Also, a control unit controls operation of the air-conditioning system and the valve unit.

摘要： According to example embodiments, a method of fabricating a semiconductor device includes alternately stacking interlayer insulating layers and intermediate layers on a substrate, forming openings passing through the interlayer insulating layers and the intermediate layers to form recessed regions in the substrate, forming first epitaxial layers on recessed surfaces in the recessed regions, and forming second epitaxial layers using the first epitaxial layers as seed layers. The second epitaxial layers fill the recessed regions and extend above the substrate.

摘要： An organic electro-luminescence display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided. A first substrate and a second substrate are sealed by a sealant. An organic electro-luminescent diode is formed on the first substrate. The sealant contains a frit glass and a light-heat converter. The frit glass can reduce the moisture and oxygen transmission rate by preventing the organic electro-luminescent diode from being thermally decomposed during a curing process. Since the two substrates are encapsulated by the frit glass, the lifetime and reliability of the organic electro-luminescence display device can be increased.

摘要： A nonvolatile programmable switch device using a phase-change memory device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The switch device includes a substrate, a first metal electrode layer disposed on the substrate and including a plurality of terminals, a phase-change material layer disposed on the substrate and having a self-heating channel structure, the phase-change material layer having a plurality of introduction regions electrically contacting the terminals of the first metal electrode layer and a channel region interposed between the introduction regions, an insulating layer disposed on the first metal electrode layer and the phase-change material layer, a via hole disposed on the first metal electrode layer, and a second metal electrode layer disposed to fill the via hole. The switch device performs memory operations using resistive heating of a phase-change material without an additional heater electrode, thereby minimizing thermal loss due to thermal conductivity of a metal electrode to reduce power consumption of the switch device.
