摘要： An eduction tube assembly made of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene material for use on a containment vessel for corrosive liquids. It includes a vertical eduction tube and a unitary transition flange member having a first flange for connection of the assembly to an attachment flange associated with the vessel and a second flange to receive a connected hose flange. A single segmented ring with multi-directional capability is disposed between the flanges and receives securement elements to accomplish both connections. Bolts are used for one connection, upstanding threaded studs secured to the segmented ring are used for the other.

The coupling includes a structural portion reinforced by a main fiber structure, and a first machining portion reinforced by a first fiber structure that is distinct from the main fiber structure. The matrices of the structural portion and of the first machining portion are identical. The first machining portion is situated on at least a fraction of the main face of the structural portion and is machined in a first machining surface, and there is no intersection between the first machining surface and the fibers of the main fiber structure.

摘要： A mechanical joint for an accumulator-internal heat exchanger (AccuIHE) module is provided. The mechanical joint includes a heat exchanger pipe and a cover plate having an internal connecting area. The internal connecting area is adapted to receive the heat exchanger pipe. The cover plate further has an external connecting area in fluid communication with the internal connecting area, the external connecting area adapted to receive a high-pressure coolant line. The mechanical joint also has a housing adapted to receive the cover plate and the heat exchanger pipe, and a sealing element. The sealing element is disposed between the heat exchanger pipe and the internal connecting area of the cover plate. The sealing element facilitates a substantially fluid tight seal therebetween. An AccuIHE module having the mechanical joint and a method for forming the mechanical joint are also provided.

摘要： In some implementations, a hydraulic coupling connection includes a coupling disposed at an end of a hose and defining a flange having: a lower surface configured to engage a body of a valve; an upper surface; and an outer diameter surface connecting the lower surface and the upper surface, the outer diameter surface defining a first plurality of straight sides; and a split flange engaged with the coupling, the split flange having: a first lower surface configured to engage the body of the valve; a second lower surface configured to engage the upper surface of the flange; and an inner diameter surface connecting the first lower surface and the second lower surface, the inner diameter surface defining a second plurality of straight sides, wherein engagement between the first plurality of straight sides and the second plurality of straight sides is configured to secure the connection at a first angle.
