摘要： Systems and techniques for filtering of radiofrequency signals. A plurality of tunable cross-couple resonators are connected using capacitive coupling elements to form a cross-coupled bandpass filter. A center frequency of the filter may be set based on frequencies of the resonators and a fractional bandwidth of the filter may be set based on states of the capacitive coupling elements. Programmable zeroes of the filter may be set based on states of reactive elements coupling selected pairs of the resonators. The reactive elements may be capacitive, for zeroes below the center frequency, or inductive, for zeroes above the center frequency.

The filtering circuit also includes metallic vias implementing an inter stage connection between the lower resonator of a section and the upper resonator of the other section. Preferably, the upper resonators exhibit a piezoelectric layer having a thickness selected in order to achieve an optimal impedance matching between the said first and second sections.

At least one of the transmission surface acoustic wave filter chip and the reception surface acoustic wave filter chip is a balanced filter unit that includes, as an input terminal or an output terminal, a first balanced signal terminal and a second balanced signal terminal. The acoustic wave duplexer further includes a first interconnection arranged to connect the balanced filter unit and the first balanced terminal and a second interconnection arranged to connect the balanced filter unit and the second balanced terminal. The first and second interconnections intersect with each other while being insulated from each other.

摘要： A compact high-performance mechanical vibration filter which deals with high frequency band signals. Microcolumn beams as minute mechanical vibrators are used to increase a mechanical resonance frequency. The plural microcolumn beams are arranged in an array and a common detection electrode surrounds each microcolumn beam with prescribed gaps between them, thereby preventing an output signal from becoming weak. When some of the mechanical vibrators are restrained from vibrating, it is possible to monitor and remove a noise component generated in the output signal by direct electromagnetic coupling of an input signal.
