摘要： A waste disposal system for an oilfield rig includes a container that defines a volume sized to receive and store waste from an oilfield rig; a compression plate positioned in the volume, the compression plate sized to extend between and orthogonal to two sides of the container and in planar parallel with a back wall of the container; at least one powered arm connected to the compression plate and configured to adjust the compression plate between a retracted position in the volume adjacent the back wall and an extended position to compress the waste into at least one portion of compressed waste; and an adjustable door connected to the container opposite the back wall and configured to swing away from the container to release the at least one portion of compressed waste from the volume.

The hydraulic mechanism includes a sump and a flexible conduit in fluid communication therewith, a manually operable pump connected upstream of the sump, and a valve connected to the pump for controlling the flow of fluid through the conduit.

摘要： An apparatus for consolidating a workpiece includes an oven having a heating cavity and a consolidation press received within the heating cavity of the oven. The consolidation press includes a base, a pressure platen disposed in facing relation to the base, and an expandable bellows operatively connected to the pressure platen to force the pressure platen toward the base. The bellows is expanded by a gas pressure supplied by a pneumatic source. In operation, a workpiece is placed between the base and the platen, and a force is applied to the workpiece by operation of the bellows.

摘要： A high-speed hydraulic press comprises a driving system including a cylinder having a sealed piston mounted slidably thereon, said piston being integral with a piston rod which is provided with a follow-up multiplicating sleeve having faces which form, on one side, at least one working chamber for rapid motion and, on the other side, a main working chamber for working motion of the press. The working chamber preferably is connected to a hydraulic supply system through a conduit fitted with a check valve enabling pressure multiplication in the chambers during the working motion of the piston. The follow-up sleeve preferably has a peripheral flange of which one face forms the main working chamber and is provided with at least one projection. The working chamber, as well as the main working chamber are preferably connected to one supply system.
