In one aspect, a system includes a data storage facility and an interchange having a common format processor and a plurality of converters to interface with a plurality of different controllers of mobile communications. The converters are configured to communicate with the controllers in different formats and with the common format processor in a common format. For a payment to a merchant, the common format processor provides a user interface configured to present charity donation options in response to a phone number being specified in the user interface to identify a fund source. The common format processor uses one of the converters to communicate with a mobile phone at the phone number to confirm the payment to the merchant and a donation to a separate charity organization specified via the user interface.

摘要： Embodiments enable a system operatively connected with a block chain distributed network to use a block chain distributed network for granting user access and/or data usage in a process data network. Embodiments receive a transaction record associated with a payment transaction initiated by a user, wherein the transaction record comprises transaction data indicating a payor account owned by a payor distinct from the user, a payee and an amount; access a distributed ledger stored in the memory device, wherein the distributed ledger is updated based on communications from a block chain distributed network; and determine, using the accessed distributed ledger, whether the user is authorized to conduct the payment transaction. In some cases, the system determines, using the accessed distributed ledger, that one or more payor restrictions have been placed on user use of the payor account; and applies the payor restrictions to processing of the payment transaction.

摘要： The present invention discloses methods and systems for sharing data usage by a plurality of SIM cards at a plurality of network devices. Each of the plurality of network devices is capable of housing at least one SIM card from the plurality of SIM cards. The method comprises the steps of determining the total data usage allowance. A remaining total data usage allowance is determined by either retrieving it from a carrier server or by subtracting aggregated data usage information from the total data usage allowance. The method further comprises restricting use of one or more of the plurality of SIM cards when the remaining total data usage allowance is below a first threshold until the remaining total data usage allowance is above the first threshold. The total data usage allowance is changed to a first value periodically or according to an administrator's instruction.

A user terminal is configured to transmit a session control message to the charging entity identifying a service provision threshold determined by a user of the user terminal for a session of the service requested by the user of the user terminal. Monitoring means is configured to monitor provision of the session and, if the provision of the session exceeds the service provision threshold, to notify the service provision node to performs a predetermined action upon receipt of the notification.
