摘要： A keyboard module includes a pressing layer, a switch circuit board, a base plate and plural glue dots. The pressing layer includes plural key parts. The switch circuit board includes plural first wiring patterns, plural second wiring patterns and plural spacing dots. The plural glue dots are disposed on a lower wiring plate of the switch circuit board. The plural glue dots and the plural spacing dots are staggered. Due to the plural glue dot, the non-bonding zones of the lower wiring plate without the glue dots are bendable. When the key part is pressed, the lower wiring plate corresponding to the pressed key part is bent. Consequently, the first wiring pattern is inserted into the region between the corresponding spacing dots and contacted with the corresponding second wiring pattern.

摘要： A pressure-sensing electric conductor, has an elastic electric conductive layer made of silicone rubber, on which a flexible insulating layer made of resin having a number of holes in a form of net pattern is overlaid. The pressure-sensing electric conductor is produced by applying a silicone adhesive compound to which toluene and silicone ink are added over the flexible sheet of resin insulating layer having a number of holes, and adhering said sheet to said electric conductor formed by means of vulcanization into an elastic sheet, and by bonding them together by applying pressure to both sides of the resin insulator and electric conductor.

摘要： An electrical switch comprising a touch panel includes a flexible membrane having a series of parallel, electrically conductive strips formed thereon; and an opposed substrate layer having conductive strips thereon parallel and orthogonal to the membrane strips. A series of filament spacers, running parallel to the substrate layer strips, are positioned between the membrane and substrate layer to maintain the membrane strips and substrate strips in spaced-apart relation to each other. The filament spacers are secured to an associated boundary or frame. Finger or instrument pressure selectively applied to the membrane and directed toward the substrate, can establish contact between a chosen membrane strip and substrate strip to close the switch. The elastic deformation of the filament spacers enhances contact closure and contact life expectancy. The presence of insulative dust, which interferes with the current flow between the contacts, is eliminated.
