摘要： Embodiments are directed to processing documents on a computer. A document may received on a computer over a platform specific interface. The document may be provided to a platform independent engine where parser may be configured to parse the document based on a page description language (PDL) that comprises the document. A plurality of feature objects may be generated based on feature information. Intermediate documents may be generated based on the plurality of feature objects. The intermediate documents may be stored on a data store for various reasons including, backups, archiving, sharing, or the like. A preview document may be generated from the at least one intermediate document arranged such that the preview document may displayable on the computer. A user may be further enabled to provide edit information that may be used for generating an updated preview document.

摘要： A method for detecting proximity of two communicating devices is disclosed. Proximity may be determined by measuring deviation from standardized signal timing specifications. An embodiment uses inter-frame space parameters specified by the Bluetooth Low Energy protocol to do proximity detection, and presents a solution that may prevent or mitigate relay attacks. The method offers the advantage that the use of an existent frame timing protocol eliminates the need for specific hardware or firmware modifications.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes an execution unit, a reception unit, and a control unit. The execution unit executes a printing job using a tab sheet from a first sheet supply unit and a sheet, other than a tab sheet, from a second sheet supply unit. The reception unit receives an instruction to confirm printed material of the printing job. The control unit controls the execution unit to stop a printing operation of the printing job that the execution unit is executing and print, for confirmation, at least one page included in the printing job, based on receiving the instruction. The control unit further controls the execution unit to restart the stopped printing job after the printing for the confirmation is ended and to execute the printing for the confirmation by not using a tab sheet and by using a sheet other than a tab sheet.

The present invention also provides a control method for use in digital printing, comprising: the host decomposing a job into multiple portions, and distributing each portion of the job to one main control board; the main control boards concurrently converting received portions of the job into pages and distributing the pages to a set of nozzle plates connected thereto; the nozzle plates converting the pages into printing data and driving the nozzle sets connected to the nozzle boards to print the printing data thereof. The present invention achieves the effect of improving processing performance of the control system.
