摘要： A process for producing a leather-like sheet, wherein a skin-like layer composed of a resin composition (C) is formed on top of a fibrous substrate (E), comprising; heating and melting a moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt resin composition (C) which contains a hot-melt urethane prepolymer (A) having isocyanate groups at molecular terminal ends and a colorant (B), and applying said heated and melted resin composition (C) to either [1] a releasable substrate (D) and then bonding the coated surface to a fibrous substrate (E), or [2] a fibrous substrate (E) and then bonding the coated surface to a releasable substrate (D); wherein the colorant (B) contains a polyol with a number average molecular weight within a range from 1,000 to 20,000 as a vehicle (B-1), and a pigment (B-2).

The fabric includes a textile substrate treated with a fluorochemical stain resist agent. A process for forming the fluid shield fabric according to the present invention is also provided.

摘要： A method of producing an airbag of an airbag restraint system to protect an automotive vehicle passenger from a secondary impact inside the vehicle in the event of a serious collision. The producing method is carried out as follows: A loom weaves an extending cloth including a linearly aligned doubly woven cloth sections each having first and second singly woven cloth portions which are separate from each other, each doubly woven cloth section forming part of an airbag. A first coating is formed continuously on whole one surface of the extending woven cloth. A second coating is formed continuously on a straight extending central part of the other surface of the extending woven cloth. A hole for an inflator is formed at a central part of the second singly woven cloth portion of the doubly woven cloth section. Each part of the woven cloth corresponding to the airbag is trimmed from the extending woven cloth. Finally, the trimmed part is turned inside out by drawing the inside surface through the hole.
