摘要： The invention relates to highly active and selective catalysts for alkyne metathesis. In one aspect, the invention includes a multidentate organic ligand wherein one substrate-binding site of the metal center is blocked. In another aspect, the invention includes N-quaternized or silane-based multidentate organic ligands, capable of binding to metals. In yet another aspect, the invention includes N-quaternized or silane-based multidentate catalysts. The catalysts of the invention show high robustness, strong resistance to small alkyne polymerization and significantly enhanced catalytic activity compared to their corresponding non-quaternized or non-silane-based multidentate catalyst analogues.

The method represents a decarboxylating C—C bond formation of carboxylic acid salts with carbon electrophiles, wherein the catalyst contains two transition metals and/or transition metal compounds, from which one is present, preferably, in the oxidation step, which are different from each other by one unit, and catalyzes a radical decarboxylation which is absorbed during the second oxidation steps, which are different from each other by two units and catalyzes the two electron processes of a C—C bond formation reaction.

摘要： The present invention proposes a chiral diene ligand, a fabrication method thereof and applications thereof. The chiral diene ligand is a bicyclo[2.2.1] diene ligand having structural specificity and high stability, which favors the bicyclo[2.2.1] diene ligand to take part in asymmetric transformations, particularly an asymmetric addition reaction involving a metal catalyst in a basic environment. Most of the products of the reactions implemented by the chiral diene ligands of the present invention have superior optical activity. The method of the present invention comprises a first oxidation step, a saponification step, a second oxidation step, a deprotonation step, and a cross-coupling step. The chiral diene ligand of the present invention is very suitable to be used in the fabrication or synthesis of various chemicals and medical products.
