摘要： The present invention provides an automated system for spraying a wall of a building. The automated system comprises a boom lift having a linear track disposed thereon, wherein the linear track is disposed horizontally with respect to the height of the building; a robotic mechanism slidably mounted on the linear track of the boom lift, the robotic mechanism further having an end effector adapted for supporting a spray nozzle thereon; a visual monitoring system configured to scan structural characteristics and profiles of the wall; a computing device disposed in communication with the visual monitoring system and the robotic mechanism, wherein the computing device is configured to receive the scanned structural characteristics and profile of the wall from the visual monitoring system; and controller communicably coupled to the computing device, the controller configured to independently control operation of respective ones of the robotic mechanism, and the spray nozzle according to the scanned structural characteristics and profiles of the wall.

摘要： Systems, methods, and apparatus for tracking location of an inspection robot are disclosed. An example apparatus for tracking inspection data may include an inspection chassis having a plurality of inspection sensors configured to interrogate an inspection surface, a first drive module and a second drive module, both coupled to the inspection chassis. The first and second drive module may each include a passive encoder wheel and a non-contact sensor positioned in proximity to the passive encoder wheel, wherein the non-contact sensor provides a movement value corresponding to the first passive encoder wheel. An inspection position circuit may determine a relative position of the inspection chassis in response to the movement values from the first and second drive modules.

The system may, for example, utilize one or more sprayers that are configured to spray a suitable fill material between a first wall material (e.g., a first wall material applied via the first wall material spool) and a second wall material.

The pressing out member is moved from the retracted position to the contact position to be in contact with the first flat surface by the pressing out mechanism, the driving wheels is separated from the first flat surface, and the driving wheels move from the first flat surface to the second flat surface, when the distance sensor detects that the driving wheels are in contact with the second flat surface.

摘要： A climbing robot vehicle comprises a vehicle (2) and the front and rear ends of the vehicle body are provided with wheels (3). The end of the vehicle body facing towards the wall is fixedly connected to a sucking mechanism. The sucking mechanism comprises a body, the body being a hollow cylinder (4). A cover plate (5) is provided above the hollow cylinder. The upper end face of the cover plate is fixedly connected with the vehicle body and the lower end face of the cover plate is fixedly connected with the outer edge of the upper end face of the hollow cylinder by means of the first blocks (43) spaced from each other. The inner wall of the hollow cylinder is provided with tangential nozzles (41). The space between the first blocks (43) forms a first exhaust duct (44) between the outer edge of the upper end face of the hollow cylinder and the lower end face of the cover. A gap is formed between the lower end face of the hollow cylinder and the wall, and the gap forms a second exhaust duct (42) between the outer edge of the lower end face of the hollow cylinder and the wall. The climbing robot vehicle can be sucked on various kinds of walls and has a strong sucking ability and a wide application range.

摘要： A wall climbing toy includes a frame body, a drive shaft, a plurality of spring-loaded release valves, a cam shaft, a drive unit, a left gear train, a shaft extension, a plurality of primary crank arms, a plurality of connecting rods, a plurality of suction cups, and a plurality of air tube units. When each of the spring-loaded release valves is displaced from a seal position to an open position, an air seal formed between a corresponding one of the suction cups and a flat surface is broken. When the drive shaft is driven concurrently with the cam shaft to rotate, the air seals formed between the suction cups and the flat surface are broken alternately so as to permit the connecting rods to be alternately pulled away from a flat surface.
