摘要： A system for cleaning a weld gun nozzle includes a guide module and a reaming module. The guide module includes a holder assembly that includes a plurality of elongate skid bars. The reaming module includes a rotatable reamer. The skid bars are generally non-rotatable and define an opening into which the weld gun nozzle can be inserted to align the nozzle with the rotatable reamer. The nozzle is guided by the skid bars and inserted over the reamer, which rotates within the nozzle to clean debris from the nozzle. The skid bars are non-rotatable, and can be installed within the holder assembly to be resiliently move radially inward and outward to accommodate the nozzle during insertion.

Here, the axial spacing is selected in such a way that, at a predefined first, slower feed speed, merely the cutting edges of the first cutting edge group are in engagement with the workpiece and, at a higher, predefined second feed speed, all cutting edges are in engagement with the workpiece.

摘要： A method of enlarging or reaming a bore in a laminated workpiece which consists of selecting a straight fluted reaming tool whose diameter just exceeds that of the bore to be reamed. The reamer is held against rotation while being axially infed into the bore to, concomitantly, kerf the bore wall with its cutting edges. The reamer is then held against further axial movement and rotated to produce a finished bore which does not exhibit that workpiece smear or migration between adjacent laminae which is characteristic of bores formed in a laminated workpiece by infeeding a rotating tool.

摘要： The present invention provides a machining method of a valve hole and the valve hole machined with the method, wherein the method includes the following steps: (1) performing drilling machining for a valve hole by adopting a valve hole drill bit to achieve a predetermined machining dimension; (2) performing fine machining by adopting a reamer to allow the diameter of the valve hole to reach a stable dimensional state and removing impurities and aluminum scraps on the surface of the valve hole, thereby meeting the requirement of final fine grinding extrusion machining for a blank; and (3) performing final precision machining by adopting a grinding extrusion tool. A technical solution of the present invention can improve the machining precision and strength for the valve hole, prevent the generation of hot cracks and improve the anti-fatigue strength of the valve hole by more than 20%.

摘要： In manufacturing a multi-finger pinned root pin-coupling a turbine blade made of a high-strength material and a rotor disc, a reamer used to ream a pin insertion hole formed through a turbine blade attachment base is removed from the pin insertion hole while being rotated so as to cause a scratch formed by a chip on the inner surface of the pin insertion hole to be inclined with respect to the axial direction of the pin insertion hole. This brings the direction of the scratch on the inner surface of the pin insertion hole and the direction of tensile stress generated on the inner surface of the pin insertion hole adequately close to be parallel to each other. As a result, the fatigue strength reduction caused by the scratch can be inhibited.
