    • A bag manufacturing and packaging system includes a vertical bag manufacturing and packaging machine, a conveyor part, a pair of rotating brushes and a guide member. The vertical bag manufacturing and packaging machine is arranged to manufacture a bag, and to cut out and eject the bag. The conveyor part is disposed in a downstream portion to receive the bag at a predetermined position to convey the bag. The rotating brushes are positioned between the vertical bag manufacturing and packaging machine and the conveyor part to sandwich the bag ejected from the vertical bag manufacturing and packaging machine to send the bag to the predetermined position. The guide member is disposed between the rotating brushes to guide the bag conveyed between the rotating brushes toward a center portion of the rotational brushes with respect to a direction parallel to rotational axes of the rotating brushes.

    • A clutch disk assembly (1) is provided between an input shaft and an output shaft to selectively transmit rotation therebetween. The clutch disk assembly (1) is provided with a dampening mechanism (4) to provide smooth transition during engagement and disengagement of the clutch disk assembly. The dampening mechanism (4) has a more durable second retaining plate (32) with a rectangular window portion for transmitting torque. This second retaining plate (32) has a second receptacle (36) to support a first spring (16). The second retaining plate (32) includes a disk-like plate main body. The second receptacle (36) is formed from that plate main body. The second receptacle (36) projects in an axial direction from the plate main body. The second receptacle (36) includes an axially supporting part (36a) and a circular supporting part (36b). The axially supporting part (36a) supports an axially outside part of the first spring (16) and continues in a radial direction. The circular supporting part (36b) supports both end parts of the first spring (16), and is formed on both circular ends of the axially supporting part (36a). A second hole (36f) is formed at both corners of an inner circumferential side of the axially supporting part (36a). The second holes (36f) are elongated holes that extend in a radial direction.

    • An acrylic rubber composition containing an acrylic ester polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of at least 8,000,000 as a rubber component. This acrylic rubber composition which is free from the disadvantages associated with conventional acrylic rubber can be obtained economically by avoiding the use of expensive raw materials and complicated and therefore costly steps. The acrylic rubber composition shows improvements in the properties inherently possessed by acrylic rubber, i.e., heat resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, and ozone resistance; exhibits excellent roll processability, gasoline resistance, gas hole resistance, and tensile strength/extensibility balance; and in addition, has high mechanical strength and excellent compression set resistance.

    • An anti-vibration bush comprises: an outer casing adapted to be mounted on either a vibration generating member or a vibration receiving member; a shaft disposed in the outer casing and adapted to be mounted on the other member; and an elastic member disposed between the outer casing and the shaft and having a plurality of small liquid chambers filled with electrorheologic fluid. Electrodes for electrically activating the electrorheologic fluid are provided in a restricted path which permits the small liquid chambers to be in communication with each other. The electrical activation of the electrodes causes the fluid's viscosity to vary, so that the resistance to flow of the fluid passing through the restricted path is changed.
