摘要： An information processing apparatus that has a frame buffer that stores an input video signal, that loads a video signal at an asynchronous timing with the video signal input from the frame buffer and then that I/P-converts the loaded video signal from an interlaced signal into a progressive signal includes: pulldown determination means that determines whether the input video signal is subjected to a process of skipping or repeating a source video signal through a pulldown process; and control means that, when it is determined that the input video signal is subjected to the process of skipping or repeating, controls a process of skipping or repeating the loaded video signal to obtain a pulldown pattern supported at an I/P conversion side at which the I/P-conversion is performed, when the loaded video signal is converted from an interlaced signal into a progressive signal.

摘要： Charged fine particulate water is provided, which has a nanometer particle size, for example, a particle size of 3 to 100 nm, and contains radicals such as hydroxyl radicals and superoxides. This charged fine particulate water can be generated by applying an electric-field intensity of 700 to 1200 V/mm between a pair of electrodes, while supplying water between the electrodes. By allowing the thus obtained charged fine particulate water to diffuse into an indoor space, it is possible to effectively remove bad odor components/bacteria from the indoor space.

摘要： An image processing device detects the correlation between a pixel to be removed in thinning pixel blocks generated by using a delay in horizontal and vertical directions and an adjacent pixel. The device then determines a coefficient corresponding to the correlation. From the pixel to be removed and the adjacent pixel, pixel data is generated by using a predetermined calculation equation. Thinning and reduction of each pixel block in the horizontal and vertical directions thus occurs.

摘要： This heating blower has a housing 1, a fan 2, a heater 3, and an electrostatic atomizing device 5. The electrostatic atomizing device 5 is provided in the housing 1 and discharges nanometer-size ion mist to the outside. The electrostatic atomizing device 5 comprises a discharging electrode 50, an opposed electrode 52 disposed opposite the discharging electrode 50, a cooling part 53 which cools the discharging electrode 50 to generate moisture from ambient air near the discharging electrode, and a high voltage applying part 55 which applies a high voltage between said discharging electrode and the opposed electrode to atomize water generated near the discharging electrode. Therefore, this heating blower can discharge nanometer-size ion mist to the outside without replenishment of water.
