摘要： A transcoder for resizing video data and outputting the resized video data to a reproduction apparatus. The reproduction apparatus reproduces the resized video data by repeating a display period and a non-display period alternately. The transcoder includes: a resizing unit that resizes the video data; and a control unit that causes the resizing unit to resize the video data to first video data having a first resolution so that the reproduction apparatus displays one image during each display period, and causes the resizing unit to resize, during each period between the resizing of the video data to the first video data, the video data to second video data having a second resolution that is lower than the first resolution.

摘要： There is provided a configurable electronic circuit board which comprises a board including many modular sockets in a minimum unit each having a size and the number of pins both standardized, the modular sockets being arranged regularly parallely and connected to each other at terminals thereof through simple wirings, a pin adapter composed of adapter pins insertable into the modular socket, of an adapter socket into which electronic circuit parts are insertable, and of socket wirings for making connection between the adapter socket and the adapter pins, a switching station adapter composed of adapter pins insertable into the modular socket, and of a wiring changeover switch and a fuse for determining the connection of wiring among the adapter pins, and a bypass adapter being inserted into a modular socket not used, and composed of adapter pins insertable into the modular socket, and of fixed wiring for simply bypass-connecting among the adapter pins, whereby an arbitrary circuit is realizable by inserting each adapter or electronic circuit part into an arbitrary modular socket. 摘要： A brake system 1 of the present invention comprises a brake operating means 2 such as a brake pedal for carrying braking operation, a fluid variable stroke means 3 which variably controls the stroke of the brake operating means 2 by using fluid, and a braking force output means 4 which is actuated by the operation of the brake operating means 2 to produce braking forces. By manipulating the brake operating means 2, the braking force output means 4 performs the braking operation. The traveling rang of the brake operating means 2 i.e. the stroke can be changed variously by the fluid variable stroke means 3 using fluid. Since the stroke of the brake pedal can be changed as mentioned above, a proper pedal stroke can be obtained.
