摘要： In an integrated circuit device, a data line driver block which drives data lines of a display panel based on data supplied from a RAM block from which data is read N times (N is an integer larger than one) in one horizontal scan period 1H of the display panel includes first to N-th divided data line driver blocks disposed along a first direction in which bitlines extend. When data supplied from the RAM block is M bits (M is an integer larger than 1) and grayscale of a pixel corresponding to the data line is G bits, each of the first to N-th divided data line driver blocks includes (M/G) (multiple of three) data line driver cells which drive (M/G) data lines. (M/3G) R data line driver cells are provided in a first subdivided driver, (M/3G) G data line driver cells are provided in a second subdivided driver, and (M/3G) B data line driver cells are provided in a third subdivided driver.

摘要： An LED terminal monitoring circuit detects an LED at the lowest potential among a plurality of parallel-connected LEDs. An analog signal selecting circuit gives a signal indicating the voltage of the detected LED to a boosting circuit. The boosting circuit performs a boosting operation on the basis of the condition of the detected LED at the lowest voltage and, consequently, a voltage sufficient for driving the LEDs in a current-control mode can be applied to all the LEDs. Signal lines not connected to LEDs are excluded from objects of a LED-switching control operation.

The control data communication device 400 transmits train operation information, train location information, control instructions of train-mounted apparatuses, and the like. The image data communication device 300 transmits image information such as moving images and still images, audio information such as in-train announcement, textual information for caption display, and operation log information of apparatuses, which form the contents, to a display unit 200 installed in each of the cars and to apparatuses 500 such as a telephone. The display unit 200 switches the display on the screen in accordance with train control information transmitted from the control data communication device 400 through the image data communication device 300.

摘要： Disclosed is an LED driver circuit that can suitably detect a minimum voltage and can be produced at low cost. A selector circuit is comprised of a comparator C, an inverter I and analogue switches. A minimum voltage selecting circuit can be constructed by causing the selector circuit and a circuit constructed in the same manner as the selector circuit is done, to be combined with each other. Therefore, the minimum voltage selecting circuit can be comprised of active devices that comprise only p-MOSFETs and n-MOSFETs. Moreover, as a semiconductor process structure, there may be employed a so-called single WELL structure in which a WELL is not formed in another WELL. The LED driver circuit is formed at low cost.
