摘要： There is provided a curable fluorine-containing polymer composition which is rapidly cured at relatively low temperature by hydrosilylation reaction to form a coating film having not only high hardness and flexibility but also water- and oil-repellency, thereby giving stain-proofing effect for a long period of time, especially maintaining property of removing and wiping-off stain. The curable fluorine-containing polymer composition comprises a fluorine-containing polymer comprising a fluorinated ethylenic monomer unit and an un-fluorinated ethylenic monomer unit, in which a part or the whole of the un-fluorinated ethylenic monomer units are units represented by the formula: where R1 is hydrogen atom or methyl group; R2 is a hydrocarbon group having ethylenic C═C; X is —C(O)NH— or —C(O)—; R3 is —O—, —O[CH(R4)]mO—, —(CH2)mO—, —OC(O)—(CH2)nO— or —(CH2)mOC(O)—(CH2)nO—, where R4 is —H, —OH, —CH2OH or —O—X—R2, a siloxane compound having hydrogen atom bonded to silicon atom, a catalyst for hydrosilylation reaction, and a siloxane compound having no hydrogen atom bonded to silicon atom.

摘要： An aqueous dispersion composition to be applied to porous construction and building materials, which is of the aqueous one-component type, hence simple and easy to apply, and at the same time has both decorative and sufficient waterproofing properties is provided, as well as a coated article obtained by using the same. The aqueous dispersion composition of the present invention is characterized by containing (1) a repellent, (2) an organosilicon compound of the general formula (I) wherein R1n represents a saturated alkyl group containing 1 to 18 carbon atoms and, when nn is 2 or more, the R1n groups may be the same or different; R2n represents a saturated alkyl group containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms and, when nn is 2 or more, the R2n groups may be the same or different; and nn represents an integer of 1 to 9, and (3) a fluorine-containing resin.

The method shows a high polymerization rate, and suppresses formation of sticking polymerization materials after production of a polymer product. The method includes aqueous dispersion polymerization of a fluoroolefin in the presence of a compound (1) represented by formula (1): wherein R1 and R2 are the same as or different from each other, and each represent a C4 to C12 non-fluorinated saturated hydrocarbon group; and M is an alkali metal, an ammonium salt, or an amine salt.

The method for producing a fluoropolymer includes aqueous dispersion polymerization of a monomer including at least one fluoroolefin in the presence of a compound (1) represented by the formula: CH2═CR1—R2—O-(AO)p—X (in the formula, R1 is hydrogen or an alkyl group; R2 is an alkylene group having two or more carbon atoms; AO is a linear or branched oxyalkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms; p is a positive integer; X is H or SO3Y wherein Y is NH4 or an alkaline metal; and AO may be the same or different and may form two or more blocks if there is more than one AO.)
