摘要： A compressor has suction reed valves each of which includes a fixation portion fixed to the valve base plate, a basal portion that extends from the fixation portion and is separable from the plate, and a valve flap extending from the basal portion toward the distal end to selectively open and close the suction port. Each suction port has a shape elongated in the width direction, which is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The width of the basal portion is greater than that of the suction port. Each valve flap includes an opening-closing portion facing the corresponding suction port and stoppers, which project from the ends in the width direction. The side edges in the width direction are continuous from the stoppers to the basal portion to gradually approach the suction port. The cylinder block has pairs of recessed retainers. The stoppers contact the retainers.

摘要： A swash plate type variable displacement compressor includes a cylinder block defining a cylinder bore. A housing is fixed to the cylinder block and defines a crank chamber. A drive shaft is rotatably supported by the housing and the cylinder block. A swash plate is supported by the drive shaft in the crank chamber and is inclinable with respect to the axis of the drive shaft. A piston is accommodated in the cylinder bore so as to define a compression chamber in the cylinder bore and is coupled to the swash plate. A control mechanism includes a bleed passage for controlling the pressure in the crank chamber. The compressor is formed such that lubricating oil in the crank chamber is discharged into at least one of the suction chamber, the discharge chamber and the compression chamber while the inclination angle of the swash plate is substantially a maximum inclination angle.

摘要： A piston compressor includes a rotary valve having a suction guide hole. A plurality of introducing passages are formed in a cylinder block to connect compression chambers to the rotary valve. The inner circumferential surface of each cylinder bore has a suction auxiliary recess, which is connected to the outlet of the corresponding introducing passage in the circumferential direction of the cylinder bore at the end of the cylinder bore facing a valve assembly. Therefore, the compressor reduces suction resistance of gas at the beginning of the suction stroke without enlarging introducing passages formed in the cylinder block.

The valve plate forms a discharge port into which the compressed refrigerant gas is discharged. The discharge valve plate is located between the valve plate and a rear housing and includes a support portion, a connecting portion and a discharge valve. The support portion is sandwiched between the valve plate and the end surface of the rear housing. The connecting portion is bendably cantilevered from the support portion. The connecting portion extends to an opposite side of the discharge port so as to bypass the discharge port from the support portion. The connecting portion has a free end portion. The discharge valve extends from the free end portion to the discharge port toward the support portion for opening and closing the discharge port.
