摘要： A rewinding machine for the production of logs of web material around a tubular core includes a first winding roller around which the web material is fed, a second winding roller forming a gap with the first winding roller, through which gap the core is inserted, and a third roller mounted movably to allow the diameter of the log to increase and the log to be discharged at the end of winding. A blade is carried by a rotating member which is pivoted on the axis of said first winding roller and protrudes from the profile of the roller. The blade rotates in the same direction as the first winding roller at different speeds, so as to undergo a deceleration or an acceleration when it is in contact with the web material in the winding space defined by the three rollers to cause severing of the web material at the end of winding.

摘要： The invention relates to the combination of the TLG1 glucoamylase from Thermomyces lanuginoses with: (i) the SFA1 alpha-amylase from Saccharomycopsis fibuligera; and/or (ii) the LKA alpha-amylase. The enzyme combinations may be expressed in a host cell (e.g. in Saccharomyces cerevisiae) or provided as an enzyme composition. Methods for making the enzyme combinations of the invention are provided. The invention also relates to a yeast strain which exhibits amylolytic activity and promising fermentative abilities. Processes for producing a fermentation product (in particular alcohol) from starch-containing material are described.

摘要： A core gluing device for a rewinding machine comprises a conveyor (1) designed to convey cores (10a, 10b, 10c) along a core conveying surface (A-A), a gluing unit (2) comprising a first gluing roller (22) which picks up the glue from a glue container (20) and a second gluing roller (26) opposed to the first gluing roller, so that each core (10a, 10b, 10c) can pass between the two gluing rollers (22, 26) for application of a trace of glue (100b, 100c) on it. The gluing rollers (22, 26) are driven at different speeds to control the width of the trace of glue to be applied to the core, and positioning devices (4) are provided, arranged downstream of the gluing devices (2) and upstream of a log winding unit (6) of the rewinding machine for the correct positioning of the core (10c) with the related trace of glue (100c), before insertion between the winding rollers.
