    • A mobile terminal apparatus estimates downlink channel states using respective reference signals included in downlink signals from plural cells; selects PMIs (Precoding Matrix Indicators) using a codebook based on the channel states; estimates a phase difference between the cells based on the selected PMIs or the channel states; and transmits information of the phase difference and the selected PMIs to radio base station apparatuses of the respective cells. A radio base station apparatus receives an uplink signal including a PMI and the information of the phase difference between the cells; multiplies a transmission signal by a precoding weight corresponding to the PMI; adjusts the phase difference between the cells with use of the information of the phase difference between the cells; and transmits the transmission signal to a radio base station apparatus of another cell by coordinated multi-point transmission.

    • To provide a base station apparatus, mobile terminal apparatus and scheduling method for enabling fairness of user throughput to be improved, a scheduling method is characterized by having the steps of notifying a mobile terminal apparatus of allocation information of radio resources to each cluster pattern with a plurality of cluster patterns comprised of clusters formed of a plurality of adjacent sectors predefined and with different radio resources allocated for each of the cluster patterns, receiving channel information•channel quality information corresponding to each of the cluster patterns for each of the radio resources from the mobile terminal apparatus, and controlling allocation of the radio resources to the mobile terminal apparatus, based on the channel information•channel quality information, where at least one of the cluster patterns is a coordinated cluster pattern to perform coordinated transmission between adjacent sectors in a cluster.

    • Provided are a method for coordinating inter-cell interference in a radio network, a transmission point and the radio network. The method includes: a step A of a normal base station performing scheduling based on feedback information of users of the normal base station and obtain a user scheduling result of the normal base station including a parameter about actual transmission characteristics of the normal base station; a step B of the normal base station obtaining a performance estimating parameter including a parameter about actual transmission characteristics of each of the one or plurality of low-power base stations for both cases of normal base station without transmission and normal base station with transmission; a step C of the normal base station using the performance estimating parameter and the user scheduling result of the normal base station as a basis to determine weighting throughputs of all transmission points for the case of normal base station without transmission and weighting throughputs of all the transmission points for the case of normal base station with transmission; and a step D of the normal base station comparing the weighting throughputs of all the transmission points, obtaining a transmission determination result and performing data transmission based on the transmission determination result.
