摘要： Provided is an inexpensive temperature-humidity exchanger having reliably gas-sealed gas manifolds and delivering a gas at high pressure and high dew-point temperature. Upper and lower seal portions surrounding gas manifolds to which the gas is supplied or from which the gas is discharged are provided. The upper and lower seal portions, which partially extend across an aggregate communication groove, are respectively constituted by upper and lower seal formation plates that are arranged in a two-stage manner in a laminating direction. The upper and lower seal portions have flat faces extending in the laminating direction. Furthermore, the upper and lower seal formation plates are disposed such that their projections in the laminating direction are offset from each other.

摘要： A battery body, which is composed of a laminated body obtained by laminating a cathode and an anode via a separator or a wound body obtained by winding them in a laminated structure and a plurality of leads connected to the cathode and the anode, is contained in a flexible package, and after an electrolyte solution is injected thereinto, an opening of the package is sealed at pressure which is lower than atmospheric pressure and is reduced to not less than vapor pressure of the electrolyte solution so that a thin battery is fabricated. A rise in pressure in the battery due to generation of gas in the battery and volume expansion of the gas can be restrained when the battery is maintained at high temperature.

摘要： A semiconductor substrate which is placed on a bottom electrode inside a chamber is dry-etched by creating plasma inside the chamber. By making the average surface roughness Ra of the bottom surface of a quartz-top plate placed on the bottom electrode be in a range of 0.2 to 5 .mu.m, adhesion between the quartz-top plate and the deposits caused by the dry etching is enhanced, and the number of particles suspended in the chamber is reduced. Furthermore, the function of enhancing the adhesion of deposits can be maintained even after cleaning of the quartz-top plate. As a result, the number of particles which adhere onto the semiconductor substrate is reduced and the semiconductor substrate can be processed in an extremely clean atmosphere.
