摘要： A curable resin composition layer (3) containing an insulating resin and a curing agent is formed on the surface of an inner layer board having an electrical insulating layer (1) with a conductor circuit (2) formed on the surface, so as to cover said conductor circuit. A compound (4) having a structure capable of coordinating to metal atoms or metal ions is brought into contact with the surface of the curable resin composition layer. An electrical insulating layer (7) is formed by curing the curable resin composition layer. A metallic thin film layer (8) is formed on the surface of the electrical insulating layer. A conductor circuit (9) is formed on the surface of the electrical insulating layer utilizing the metallic thin film layer. A multilayer circuit board is manufactured through these steps.

The halogen-free flame retardant has a particulate form, and whose primary particles have an average major axis from 0.01 to 5 μm, an aspect ratio of 5 or less, and the proportion of a major axis of more than 10 μm being at most 10% by number. A varnish comprises an insulating resin, a curing agent, a flame retardant and an organic solvent. The flame retardant is a flame retardant in particulate form surface-treated with a coupling agent, and the flame retardant particles present in the varnish have a secondary particle diameter of 30 μm or less.

For this purpose, a vehicle operating apparatus which accelerates and decelerates and steers a vehicle in accordance with the operation of the operating lever 10 is provided with a reaction force generating means 20 which generates a reaction force opposing the operating lever 10, a current sensor 28 and the like which sense a failure of the reaction force, and an electric control apparatus 50 which decreases the responsiveness of driving control to the operation of the operating lever 10 in accordance with the passage of time when a failure is sensed. A steering control apparatus 66 is also provided which increases the dead band of the steering angle and makes driving control that of the state prior to sensing of a failure when the operating speed of the operating lever 10 at the time of the sensing of a failure exceeds a prescribed value. In addition, at the time of detection of a failure, the electric control apparatus 50 controls an engine control apparatus 64 so as to decrease the speed of the vehicle.

摘要： The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having a light-reflective property and/or a light-shielding property, which includes a base material and at least one pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on at least one surface of the base material. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer (a) and a low-molecular weight polymer component (b) which contains, as a principal monomer component, an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a glass transition temperature of from 60 to 190° C. when it is formed into a homopolymer and having a cyclic structure within the molecule thereof, and which has a weight-average molecular weight equal to or higher than 3,000 but lower than 20,000. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a gel fraction of from 51 to 75 wt % and a temperature, at a maximum of loss tangent (tan δ), of from −14 to 25° C.

摘要： Disclosed is a double-faced pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which includes a foam substrate, one pressure-sensitive adhesive layer arranged on or above one side of the substrate, and another pressure-sensitive adhesive layer arranged on or above the other side of the substrate. The adhesive tape has a total thickness of 250 μm or less. The adhesive tape is thin but highly waterproof (sealable against water). The adhesive tape preferably has a tensile strength of 0.5 to 20 MPa for further superior processability.
