摘要： The present invention relates to heat-curable coating compositions containingA) a prepolymer having an average of 2-4 ketoxime-blocked NCO groups, having an average moleculer weight of 500-15,000 and prepared from aliphatic, cycloaliphatic and aromatic polyisocyanates and one or more polyhydroxy components which contain 0 to 30% by weight of ethylene oxide units andB) a crosslinking agent of the formula ##STR1## wherein R and R.sup.1 represent H or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, the ratio of equivalents of blocked NCO groups in A) to NH.sub.2 groups in B) being 1.35:1 to 0.95:1, characterized in that at least one of the polyhydroxy compounds used for the preparation of the prepolymer contains, in stable dispersion, a polyurethane, a polyurethane-urea and/or a polyurea, which is substantially free from NCO groups, hydroxyl groups and amino groups and which are synthesized from aromatic, aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates and from diamines, hydrazine and/or diols, provided that at least one of these components carries a radical having hydrophilic characteristics.The present invention also relates to the use of these coating compositions in a process for the coating, particularly water vapor-permeable coating, of substrates, preferably textile sheet-like structures and leather.

摘要： This invention relates to PU-coating compositions containing solvent and combinations of crosslinking agents and to a process for producing polyurethane coatings on the principle of heat-activated, one-coat reverse coating by knife-coating the polyurethane coating composition onto a temporary support, drying the layer and laminating the textile substrates using preferably heated pressure rollers, followed by heating at elevated temperatures, the coating compositions used being solvent-containing, 20 to 60% compositions of a polyurethane mixture I containing(A) relatively soft polyurethanes and(B) relatively hard one-component polyurethanes and a crosslinker combination II containing(C) formaldehyde-urea and/or formaldehyde-melamine resins and crosslinking catalysts and(D) aliphatic and/or aromatic polyisocyanates, particularly blocked polyisocyanates,and, optionally, additions of soluble cellulose esters, handle-improving agents, optionally polysiloxanes containing oxyalkylene groups and other standard additives, such as pigments.The heat-active one-coat reverse coatings obtained in this way show surprisingly high dry and wet adhesion values on textile substrates through the mixed crosslinking of the selected polyurethane mixtures and, hence, high article fastness values.

摘要： This invention relates to compositions which are crosslinkable by heating to form polyurethane plastics for coating substrates, preferably textile sheet-form materials, in particular by the reverse coating process. For ecological and economic reasons, the coating compositions are free from organic solvent or contain at most 10% by weight of organic solvent and consist essentially of linear and/or branched urethane prepolymers having blocked terminal NCO-groups, aqueous dispersions of urethane polymers, vinyl polymers and/or diene polymers and/or aqueous polymer solutions and aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic and/or aromatic amines containing at least two primary and/or secondary amino groups as latent crosslinkers. The chain extending or crosslinking reaction takes place at an elevated temperature in a coating tunnel after the coating has been applied to a substrate.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a process for the preparation of finely dispersed, easily spreadable, aqueous polyurethane reactive coating compositions suitable for coating textile sheet products, artificial leather or leather by the direct or transfer coating process by(i) forming an aqueous dispersion having a solids content of about 20-69 wt. % of blocked isocyanate prepolymers in the presence of from about 0.05-5% by weight of emulsifiers,(ii) adding during or after formation of the dispersion about 0.1 to 2.5% by weight of water soluble thickeners based on long chain polyethylene oxides, salts of poly(meth)acrylic acids or salts of carboxy methyl cellulose, up to 100% by weight of aqueous polymer solutions and/or polymer dispersions and optionally levelling agents, pigments, fillers or stabilizers and(iii) forming a coating composition having a viscosity of from about 3000 to 22,000 mPa.s/25.degree. C. and with a solids content of about 20-69% by weight, by adding approximately equivalent quantities of (cyclo)aliphatic di- and/or polyamines.The present invention is also directed to the coating compositions prepared by this process and their use for the reactive coating of substrates, particularly textile and leather or artificial leather substrates.
